I called Fernando to ask for his services. He came in and gave me an estimate within 15 mins. I was really pleased with his promptness and description of his services. He does all homes, himself.He showed up, on time, the same week and did a thorough cleaning of our home. We have an 8,000 sq ft home, so it's not a simple job. He cleaned EVERYTHING!!! Vaccumed, dusted, detailed work in the kitchen and many other tasks that I did not even ask him to complete. All for the same price. Usually takes him 4 hours to clean 1/2 of our home and he comes once a week. I am pleased and very delighted with his consistency of excellence and hard work.

I called to have my home cleaned when we first moved in to a rather large home. Overwhelmed by the size, I knew I needed help. Fernando was recommended to me by a resident in our community, so I thought I'd ask him about his rates and services. He came to my home that same day and gave me a reasonable estimate for monthly cleaning. I told him I would see how the first day went and would give him an honest answer. He showed up, on time, 3 days later, and the house looked better than I had seen it since we first moved in.
