Description of Work: We have a very large home (7,000 sq ft), and Fernando not only cleans, but pays extra attention to details. We have had him cleaning our home for over 9 years and have tried others, however, no one goes above and beyond like Fernando. Highly recommend for those who appreciate quality service.

+ -1 moreI called Fernando to ask for his services. He came in and gave me an estimate within 15 mins. I was really pleased with his promptness and description of his services. He does all homes, himself.He showed up, on time, the same week and did a thorough cleaning of our home. We have an 8,000 sq ft home, so it's not a simple job. He cleaned EVERYTHING!!! Vaccumed, dusted, detailed work in the kitchen and many other tasks that I did not even ask him to complete. All for the same price. Usually takes him 4 hours to clean 1/2 of our home and he comes once a week. I am pleased and very delighted with his consistency of excellence and hard work.
Description of Work: we have an 8,000 sq ft home. Fernando cleans the downstairs one week and the upstairs the next week. On weeks he cleans upstairs, he still takes the time to do our kitchen (which is relatively large). We do not pay extra for this. He thoroughly cleans every room and always does dusting, moping, little detail cleaning in necessary places and even our garage when necessary.

+ -1 moreI called to have my home cleaned when we first moved in to a rather large home. Overwhelmed by the size, I knew I needed help. Fernando was recommended to me by a resident in our community, so I thought I'd ask him about his rates and services. He came to my home that same day and gave me a reasonable estimate for monthly cleaning. I told him I would see how the first day went and would give him an honest answer. He showed up, on time, 3 days later, and the house looked better than I had seen it since we first moved in.
Description of Work: Fernando is as professional as they come, and performs his work with utmost competency. Very impressed by his knowledge of detailed cleaning, and his ability to apply his skills in a reasonable amount of time. I will have him clean for me from now on.
