She left us to do the work and returned 3 hours later with a carpet cleaner and complained we were taking to long, that I was doing more than she had planned to do. But, being that it was moving furniture, trash and cleaning up an eviction aftermath, it would take some time to do it right, which is the standard that I follow, like it was my own home and I will clean everything, till I am satisfied with the work. Which for us includes the above list to clean, also walls, doorways and jams, window sills, blinds, carpets, base trim and corners with vacuum attachments and then going over it again with a clean wet rag and cleaner to get the dust that collects. I also did the mopping on my hands and knees again, cleaned the fridge and stove top; as was asked of me. Also the counter tops, cabinets, kitchen sink, bathroom and bedroom, windows and sliding glass door in the bedroom. My husband did the vacuuming, cleaned the bathroom, again because of the sloppy rush job she did, as is apparent with all her jobs, she likes to get in and get out leaving some of the most neglected parts of cleaning behind. Then she was telling my husband that she was going to give us only $100 for the job, then ended up only giving us $60 for 5 1/2 hours of work and complained that we were taking to long to get the job done. With the rate that we usually charge at $15 per hour per person plus gas, she owes us the remaining balance of our work order and refuses to pay us what we are hired for and breaking our backs and knees for the work we did, which is $169. We will not work for her again, because she will expect the same lousy rush job that she does, for less than minimum wage.
Description of Work: The business Everything Clean is operated by Theresa Finelli. We just happened to meet her for another job that she wanted us to do, which at the time we cut a deal on our hourly pay for Feb. 23, 2013 job, cleaning an eviction house. We worked very hard for 5 hours, cleaning the oven, sinks, cabinets, tile and carpet floors, bathrooms, sliding glass doors and windows, counter tops, and mopping on our hands and knees, removing leftover trash and items left behind. This was a 4 bedroom house with 2 full baths, garage, living room, family room and dining room. She had told us that we had well earned our pay for the day and that she would call us again for another cleaning job, because she praised us for doing an over-the-top job, which she paid us $100 for 5 hours of work. She called us again for another job on the 26th, to remove the leftovers in the garage and take the junk to the landfill, which cost us out-of-pocket money to drop off and gas in our truck. She stiffed us and said we were paid on the first day we worked with her on the 23rd. Being that this was also out of pocket money to take to the landfill with gas and 2 hours pay, I made the rate for this job for $56. She set us up to work with us again on 3/1/2013. Which turned out to be another eviction cleaning with broken furniture to move out. We worked very hard for 5 1/2 hours doing all the above cleaning efforts plus removing furniture, with no deals made on our hourly pay. Which is described at the bottom of ALL our Work Orders/Receipts at the rate of $15 per hour, per person working, plus the round trip gas fee.

Response from Everything Clean - Theresa Finelli
I am Theresa Finelli, owner of Everything Clean. I want to respond to the negative review that has recently been posted on Angie's List. The most important focus for me is community and service. I want to provide the best cleaning services as well as professionalism to each and every one of my clients as well as people that work with me. As a small business owner in this community, I have had the privilege of working with some of exceptional people and companies. Unfortunately, there are some people that I have misjudged as employees. I try to see the best in everyone, and this time I made a mistake in hiring very unprofessional individuals that did not do a good job. In the future, I will be screening anyone that works along with me, as I give 100% to every job I am hired on to do. The individuals that wrote the negative review are completely inaccurate with how I handle my business. Every person and company that I have worked for will attest that I do an amazing job and am very professional. The number one priority to my business is to do a job with 100% of my effort and provide the best service! I look forward to being very involved with this community and continue to work with people that are professional, reliable and provide the same great service that I do. I am very passionate about my business and what I represent! I am an small business owner, Grandma of 7 grandchildren, Mother of 3 wonderful children who are very successful. I go to church, enjoy time with my family, and ride my Harley on adventures! Family, God and being good to others is what I value most in Life!
