I got an appointment within two days of calling them. The employee who came to my house was courteous and efficient, and he explained the process to me. Best of all my dryer (which previously wasn't getting clothes dry even after three cycles) now works like a champ.

Jessie built us a whole new dryer vent under our very old house. So sturdy that they won't be back to repair it. Just a cleaning. It looks great & much more sturdy. Very helpful, through, on time, no complaints here. Would I hire these guys again? YES

Jeff was very knowledgeable and professional and he quickly assessed the problem we were having and fixed it by removing a lot of built up lint in the vent. He also recommended that the hoses on our washing machine be replaced so we had him do that also since they were original to the fifteen year old machine!

Actually, it turned out my dryer vent did not need cleaning. Glad he was honest and told me so. He noticed that my washer hoses needed to be changed out an did that for me. A very personable chap. His price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

He did a great job, it was a lttle more than I had hoped tp spend but in fairness it was a lot of work and it needed to be done. The workmanship was very professional and he got it all done in one day. A long one for him. All and all I am very satisfied and would recommend him to others.
