I used this firm over a span of 2-3 months, spacing the work as budget allowed. Aaron and Luke are both personable and courteous. They work quite fast. Aaron is especially good at problem solving. He was excellent at refining my own initial solutions and finding materials not only to suit my budget, but to save me money as well.
Description of Work: In my new highrise condo, Aaron Huntsman installed major additional storage (carpentry) and also took care of smaller "handyman" jobs for me. Luke Gilliam installed my ceramic tile backsplash. He did a fine job; however he needs a new saw. The two operate Down Home Improvement and between the two of them, can perform anything in the home improvement field, from electrical repair to major remodeling. Their time and materials do not exceed their bids, and they bid fairly and competitively. They are licensed. They leave a worksite as clean as when they entered it.
