I was having issues with the new instant hot water tank I just had installed in my house a couple months ago. The plumber recommend that I have my well pump checked out to make sure it was not the issue. So I called Domestic Pump & Supply here in Reno Nevada. The owner installed my well over 20 years ago and I was happy with it so far, so I thought I would give his business another shot at my service. From the first call to schedule an appointment I was impressed. They were very courteous on the phone and they got me an appointment with a couple days. They said they would be here between 8 and 8:30 on the appointment date. They should up right at 8am. They preceded to check out my well pump and the gave me the option of a bandage fix or a new well pump, explaining the cost and what I would be getting for my money. With my well pump being as old as it was I went for the new pump. They installed it along with new wiring and a few other necessary things. They finished the job in half the time they thought it would take, and they gave me a discount off the original price they quoted me. They left no mess and they were very pleasant when they were here. Not only did our hot water heater stop making the noise, we noticed a difference with the new pump right away. The shower pressures were stronger and every time we used the water in our house it was different then it used to be. It appeared to be more consistent when comparing it to municipal provided water I use in town. We do not even know the pump is on now unless we stand in the our utility closet and watch the lights on the controller or listen for the faint fan noise made by the controller. This weekend I turned on my sprinklers for the first time and there was a considerable difference in the water pressure. I saw sprinkler heads popping out of the ground that I have not seen in years. Every penny we spend was worth it. I just wish I would of done this years ago. These guys know there business and they take care of their customers. Thank you Larry and guys for your excellent service.
