Description of Work: Cleaned all windows and screens plus tracks inside and out. House approximately 2400 sf 1 story. Also 3 large mirrors and all ceiling fans. Surprise bonus was glass walled shower stall. Weather unexpectedly cold and rainy but they put together a contingency plan early to complete outside work later in week if necessary. Weather cleared enough to complete in one visit. Noted price reduction on invoice for their next visit. Summary ---all good and will definitely have them return.

Response from Dave's Window Cleaning
We have reviewed the input from the customer. We strive to achieve an A grade in all categories on a regular basis. We serviced this client in Nov 2014. We always ask the customer at the finish of the work if they are happy with the work and the price paid and if there are any questions. I am mystified as to why the customer did not say or express any problems with the service. It is extremely important to me that the client feel that they can express any problems with the service at the time of service so that I can make an honest effort to rectify an issues. Also I cannot detect problems with my service so that I can correct them. I ask the client here to review our response and to allow us the opportunity to make anything right. That includes the price. If the price did not seem to be fair I ask the client to respond with a price that would have been fair and I guarantee I will make the effort to meet that price. As always business is a very fluctuating ideal of standards and delivery and B's for grades will be issued. We thank all our clients on Angie's list for their feed back. David D. Earle Owner

Description of Work: They arrived exactly on time and went straight to work. All windows - upper and lower story - were cleaned inside and out, including the kitchen garden window. In addition to the windows, the screens were removed and cleaned, the window tracks and sills were cleaned, as well as interior mirrors and fan blades. Good crew. Definitely will use them from now on.

All was excellent.
Description of Work: Excellent service was provided. Dave was very careful inside of my home to prevent any dripping on floors and carpet. Dave adjusted the sliding doors and screens. He will also make new screens or repair damaged screen at a very reasonable price.
