Remodeling a home is a scary thing because you never know who to trust and you need it to turn out like you have imagined in your head. The key is to find someone who you connect with and knows enough about each product to guide you in the right direction. We were lucky enough to find that advocate in Bob Dallas. He came over before we began the remodel to measure and as soon as he lifted the old carpet and realized that the current pad was still in GREAT shape, he suggested we may want to keep it. We had not even started and already this guy was saving us money!!! Selecting carpet is tough but we looking at 100's of samples and Bob helped us to find the right fit for our use with kids and a dog. His tastes are very nice but he has a budget-oriented mind so we stayed in budget and are very happy. The hardwood we purchased from him is beautiful and is taking a beating very well. The installers arrived when they said they would and left everything very clean. We heard they have window coverings there and have not gotten to that part of out house yet but plan to go back to Bob once we decide which windows need it. Overall, a very good experience and I just referred my Mom and one of my co-workers to go there.
