DaBella - Reno (Windows)

Their presentation was well thought out and detailed. It was presented by Dannyn and Niko. All of our questions were answered in detail. We were explained between various window types and how the heat can affect them. They were worked with us to get a good deal. We decided to move forward with the purchase.

DaBella Windows sent Dannyn and Niko for our initial consultation. We were only going to have 3 broken windows replaced but after learning about the company, itâ s affiliates and the product they make and sell we decided to do the whole house! Both Dannyn & Niko gave a very thorough presentation and answered all of our questions. We felt no pressure to purchase and actually learned quite a bit about windows. I wish they were being installed tomorrow! I canâ t wait til they are. Such a great experience and I will definitely use these folks again for any needs in the future. Thanks again!

Cameron and Jordan visited my Grandmother Marge Miller and helped her get the roofing project she needed done. They made the visit very educational and helped her get a roof that she will never have to replace. The roofers were very quick and got the job done in 2 days. This company was a pleasure to work with. From start to finish they were always available to answer questions and ensure everything was on track. The pandemic was the only challenge. Kory Bounds did an amazing job explaining everything beginning with the purchase including great follow up once the project was complete. Kory even stopped by the day prior to the installation and helped me to remove the window coverings. Customer service and satisfaction was evident throughout the entire process. The installation team from Reno Tahoe Glass was efficient and pleasant as well. They all worked well together as a team with a beautiful outcome. Thank you DaBella and Kory for a great experience.

Scott came to my home to give me a qoute on Dabella"s windows and installation. I told him I had 14 windows I needed replaced and install a sliding glass door. Scott took the time to measure, take pictures of each window and show me the damage around the windows. Scott was very professional, courtious, and respectful of my concerns and needs. He showed no salesman pressure or tactics that I've encountered with other salesmen in the past. Scott is definately a true keeper and an outstanding asset to the Dabella team. Promote ASAP. I filled the above questions out, even though the work hasn't started or been completed yet.

He explained the concerns that he found in detail and even helped us out with financing. If you are looking to replace windows, these are your guys. Courteous and flexible with financing.
