The installers were fabulous

I felt pressured to agree to get windows with them. Even after I texted that I want to cancel moving forward they ignored it. I feel they are overpriced and not trustworthy. Even after I requested to opt out they pursued me with other offers. They are over priced and nothing special.

The salesperson knew a lot about roofing and explained everything completely. The price was more than other companies, but she explained what the warranty and benefits of the Da Bella system. The contractor is factory trained and they would be using a very complete system that will hold up for my lifetime. It went very well. The job was finished in three days. The crew showed up when they said they would. They were courteous while they were here. They did a fantastic job cleaning up the site when they were done. The roof looks great.

Work not done yet but working with Jaden and Dannyn was very satisfactory.

Our nine large windows have not yet been installed. The sales process was exceptionally professional – very focused on an educational approach rather than the typical high-pressure sales process so many companies use. Kylee and Anthony were extremely courteous, very helpful, and highly informative. Their sales teamwork was smooth and admirable. Unlike so many salespeople who tend to be competitive and manipulative, they complemented each other and took turns in the presentation, frequently involving each of us in a conversational manner. Their transitions and pass-offs between each other and us were smooth, effective, and left us feeling impressed, comfortable, and in control. Before we retired, my wife spent her career in customer support management and I was a business executive and entrepreneur. We commented to each other that Kylee and Anthony are examples of the type of professionalism that were sought to train our employees to be. They credentialing themselves, their company, their products, and their services with documented reviews and testimonies such that we had a full understanding of their offerings and a high level of trust. We were thoroughly educated in each aspect of the design and engineering of their various window products and there was no attempt to upsell us to the more expensive top of the line ones – we eventually made that decision on our own based on our quality mutual quality orientation and on my technical knowledge from having designed, engineered, and constructed solar and windpower alternative energy systems. We always felt in complete control of our decision-making process and that they were interested in supporting us no matter how many or few windows we decided to replace. By creatively working with us on options and introducing us to a flexible installation scheduling package that saved significant expenditures, we were able to do more of our windows at an achievable price than we had anticipated. This was a very pleasant and rewarding experience. We look forward to the installation and subsequent energy savings from our new windows.

We met with Dannyn Smith from DaBella to discuss the possibility of having our roof repaired or replaced. We were impressed with Dannyn's knowledge and ability to provide us with all of the information we needed to make a decision about replacing our roof. We look forward to doing business with DaBella-Reno.

My rep was very knowledgeable and friendly. Though Beard was to short lol but helped me to get the best roof for my money. I am completely satisfied with the outcome. Looking forward to my new roof being installed soon.
