I was very impressed with Craig and his helper. I called on a Friday afternoon after being stood up by another electrician. Craig arrived first thing Saturday morning and promptly supplied me with an estimate. His price seemed very fair for all the work I needed done. I scheduled the work to be done and it all went smoothly. Craig was very accommodating. Since I had not decided on the exhaust fan or lighting I needed, he brought me choices and made suggestions which was above and beyond what he needed to do. Craig and his helper did a very good job cleaning up after themselves. I will be hiring him again in the future to replace my circuit breaker panel.

The entire experience was very satisfying. Craig was prompt to reply to my initial inquiry, gave me an estimate the following day, and completed the work in less than five days.

After initial call to D.C. scheduled visit next day. Total time spent on repairing was less than 1 hr. which included finding replacement part. D.C. call prior to visit to pick up parts. Two very courteous and knowledgable repair men should up and begun repair quickly.

We needed a 20-amp circuit for a new sauna. Craig determined the most cost-effective and efficient way to do this. He also suggested we should consider a whole house surge protector, so we did.

Craig was great. He explained the cost to do what I wanted and then gave me a less expensive alternative. I called at 8:30, they came right over, went out to get supplies and finished the whole job by 1:00. They were prompt, fast and friendly. Thanks!!

They were actually ten minutes early, got to work very quickly, and finished in a very timely manner.

It was great! I had just moved into a rental house built in the 1930s, and none of the outlets are grounded. Craig came right out the same day I called and recommended a surge protector be installed on the outside of the house instead of grounding individual outlets. This was a wonderful suggestion as it was very affordable and took no time at all for him to do. Craig was very friendly and helpful, even reminding me to get some fuses in case one of them went out on the old electrical panel outside. He also showed me how to replace them!

The worker arrived on time and immediately started to work. They brought the plug that needed to be installed with them. Bruce went under the house to work with the wires that Craiq was removing in the kitchen. Craiq installed the plug, they cleaned up and left. When the range was delivered the plug was different. I called Craiq and he came back. He installed the right plug at no additional cost to me. He then set up the range, including the clock. He should me how to use the range and check to make sure everything was working properly. Great Job.

I had an electrical failure late at night which left our household without any hot water. And, we had family due to arrive in a few days for the Holidays. I called D. C. Electrical and spoke to Craig early the next morning. He said he would come by the house in about two hours. He showed up a little sooner than that. It turned out that the loss of power was an intermittent problem, and power had been restored by the time Craig arrived. He checked what things might cause such a problem and then made a couple of suggestions for the prevention of a future mishap. I aggreed to his suggestions and he made the changes. Craig was very helpful, thorough and professional. But, with an intermittent electrical problem, you can't know if the actual problem was. So, if the problem returns, he is the person I will call.

Craig and Bruce were punctual and came in with a lot of energy and started working immediately. We purchased a home in South Lake Tahoe and needed to address several items found through the inspection report. Craig did great work and addressed and investigated every need. They came out to the house when I was unable to be there and continued to finish the work as well. Craig offered great advice and troubleshooted all items that were on my list. I would highly recommend his services to local residents in South Lake as well as out-of-towners. Craig was very flexible in responding to my call even though he lives in Reno, NV.

From start to finish this was a great experience. Craig and his assistant arrived early and were done in less than one hour. The quote matched the final bill and I received the Angies List discount as well. Craig even quoted me for a big job I thought I needed done but kind of talked me out of it. Who does that? He is very honest and honorable. I will recommend him to anyone who asks and probably to those who don't ask, cuz that is just me! Thanks Craig.

They are a small company. They were really outstanding. They were very courteous and very professional. Surprisingly enough they knew what they were doing, which I don't find very much anymore. I would absolutely recommend them. I have nothing bad to say about these individuals. Their price was darn fair. I think somebody else would have taken me to the cleaner. They did fine. They came on time at the appointed hour. It wasn’t an emergency. There were two of them and they were fine, fine gentlemen. I would be proud to have a glass of wine with them. I kept them card so I would use them again.

I liked his availability. He was able to come out the same afternoon that we called him. I think he had mentioned something in his ad about ceiling fans, and that's why we contacted him first.

I called DC Electrical based on info from Angie's List. Craig was willing to come out to my house in the country ASAP, arrived on time, was very easy to work with and very personable. I called them back for more work, which they performed expertly, except for a minor glitch which they corrected on a Saturday morning. I will probably use them again, even if the price is slightly higher, just for the great service.

I found them on Angie’s list and they had good rating. He was awesome. I called them in the morning and he was out there that afternoon. He told me how much it would cost to me on the phone. He was polite, professional, and quick. He answered all my questions. He was amazing. I would use them in the future.

They did very well. They did a very nice job. Their price was in the range of $300 to $400. They were very good. They were prompt and they did a good job for a reasonable price.

From the moment they arrived everything was handled with complete professionalism and the were very quick in accoomplishing a positive result.

Craig and assistant arrived early and immediately started in as I guided them to the outlets I was concerned about. They replaced the 1st outlet. The 2nd outlet they replaced the box intirely - it had not been properly attached. the 3rd outlet they tightened up the box so that was no longer loose (it moved back when you plugged into it). the 4th outlet they corrected the conection. They checked all outlets to make certain that power supply was correct. They were here approx. 45 mins. Best part for me is I now have the piece of mind that everything is electrically correct. They were professional and polite. I will call them in future for any electrical needs.

Craig is a great professional. He returned by call immediately late on a Thursday afternoon. He was at my door the next morning before 8 am ready to fix my problem. He was personable,, elicited my trust, and did the quickly and correctly. Craig's assistant , unfortunately, though friendly, did not reflect the same level of professional appearance.Camo dress struck me a bit odd. They were there less than 45 minutes, so I felt like $130 was a little high. I will definitely use Craig again and I recommend him highly
