When I called, Don came over immediately, provided an accurate estimate on the spot, and determined a mutually agreeable time to do the work. He showed on the day as we had scheduled and got the work done effectively and efficiently as promised. Great job!

On 2-11-10 I Called Don and told him what I needed to have done, he came out that day and gave me an estimate and set up a time to meet on the 16th to do the job. He arrived, as scheduled. on time and completed the job in 7 hours. I was pleased with Don and the quality of his work.

Our bathrooms & backyard outlets were all on one panel, so our breaker was tripped every time we ran blowdryers and/or the greenhouse fan at the same time. We also wanted to move the T.V. from the living room to the family room. The final project was to run permanent wiring out to the greenhouse. Don came out to give a quote. He spent about 1/2 an hour looking around and suggested how to split the rooms to avoid the problems. When he looked at the electrical box, he noted that the garage was on a 15 amp, which led to questions about the problems we were having running plug-in tools from the garage outlets. Based on these questions, he suggested adding the 20 amp outlet in the garage to alleviate these problems. He was very professional and had the quote to us ($650) by the date requested. When Don came out, he was professional & efficient. He ended up not needing to run the cable to the family room (it was hidden behind a piece of furniture), so he only charge us for putting on the nipple. He also didn't end up running the wiring to the greenhouse because my husband needs to dig a trench first. We'll definitely have him back to do this when the trench is dug.

Called Don and he came out the same day. I supplied the motion sensor and even though it was new it seemed to be defective. Don put up a used one I had and came back the next day to put up a new replacement sensor for the defective one, which was way more than I expected him to do.

Smoothly, Don arrived on time, as scheduled, answered our questions and went about his work. Additional (unrelated) possible future work was discussed and a tentative schedule and cost was agreed to, Time spent on the job was not excessive.

Quickly and neatly done and also this solved a problem I had been having with the lights diming when a small electric kiln pulsed on and off.

Excellent service. Don responded immediately. I needed the electrical turned on for a vacant commercial space and NV Power couldn't connect the meter because the box was damaged. Don went to the property, assessed the damage, called NV Power to confirm the repairs needed, fixed the electrical box and the power was connected that day. Incredible service and Don was able to save me the cost of parts and labor to install a new electric box.

Don arrived promptly (ten minutes early even) and left the rooms clean and neat and all three fans with lights are working properly.

Don was professional and courteous. I just had to hold the ladder. He beat the standard Home Depot installation charge.

We talked on the phone and he came over 15 minutes later and fixed the problem in about an hour. It turned out that there were actually two different problems which he troubleshot and fixed. The wiring in my house is old and somewhat complicated. I would definitely hire them again.
