+ -1 moreMark was on time, professional, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a competent engineer. By crawling through basements and attics as well as reviewing the technical issues only recognized by a professional engineer, he saved us many times more than his fees.
Description of Work: We were searching for a property in the South Lake Tahoe area for use as a vacation property and Criterium-Henderson Engineers was recommended as a good choice by our Realtor. Mark Henderson was our inspector and found a number of issues with the property we were interested in and recommended follow up inspection by other companies that led us to re-evaluate our offer. We eventually passed on this first property and we chose him to inspect another. On that inspection he again found problems hidden from casual inspection that would have cost us significant money. We hired him on our third try and his inspection found minor issues that we noted and considered in our offer to purchase. His report included a maintenance plan I found to be a help in planning our future work on the property that we now own.
