Horrible customer service Nicole is rude and bilgerent. Sends texts as aw a means of avoiding customers directly

Do not do any business with these scammers! We requested a one-time turn-on service last spring when we were unable to turn it on ourselves. It turned out the unit was broken, and they were unable to replace it, so they referred us to another company, who did replace it, with one with an automatic drain valve. We paid the $16 they charged for coming out and telling us it was broken and did not do any further business with them (we generally do our own yard work). This fall they took it upon themselves to come do turn-off service (which did not even need to be done since the new unit has an automatic drain valve) then billed us $70. We did not request, need, nor want this; in fact; it's going to cause us more work for ourselves. We ignored them at first, assuming it was an account mix-up with their computers, and having a lot of actual things going on in our life. When the messages kept coming, we let them know their mistake, but instead of apologizing and stopping, they insisted we owed them $70 for their unwanted service, and now they're saying they will send us to collections. So now we have to get a lawyer to take care of this ridiculous charge because they thought they could make us pay for a service we absolutely did not want. Stay far away from this company!

Part of it is the turnover, they have young kids working for them.

They come every Thursday. They are prompt but my only complaint is after the mow the yawn and come back with the industrial mower and it goes on my porch because they are just blowing it off the walkway, then they will get on the truck and leave. I will come out later and it will be on my porch. I did let them know and I think they have so many houses that they work on and from week to week I think they forget. Everything else is done well. They are on time, friendly enough and the price is right.

They are located here in Reno and he is a nice guy. They will be coming out next week to aerate my lawn. He has a hard time meeting his schedule because, he is very busy. He is very particular on who he hires, so he gets a little behind. It's not a problem, but if you're looking for someone to be there on a Wednesday a week from now, that might be a problem. He might not make it until Thursday or Friday.
