 + -1 moreTim said it would have been easier to do a complete reinstall at his end, but obviously more work on my end. Tim has helped me in the past and I HIGHLY recommend him for any commputer problems you might encounter. He was also helpful in suggesting answers to some other questions we had. Won't go to anyone else....
Description of Work: I had a "Zero Access" virus srain that I got through an Adobe Flash Player update (spam) that disabled me from accessing any of my operating systems. Tim removed the virus and restored my computer w/o losing any data or having to do a complete reinstall. He said it would have been easier to do the reinstall at his end, but obviously a lot more work on my end. Tim has helped me in the past, and I HIGHLY recommend him for any computer problems you might encounter. He was also helpful in suggestiing answers to some questons we had.
