It went extremely well! I am still amazed by the service he provided for me, at such a low cost! Jeff even came to my house, I didn't have to go to him! And all of my files were still on my computer when I got it back! A++ for Computer Dudez!
Description of Work: Jeff at Computer Dudez came to my home, took a look at my computer, and told me that it needed to be rebuilt. He took my computer for a few days, backed up all of my files, reinstalled Windows, performed updates, restored all of my files, and returned it to me when he was finished.
