Chardonnay Village Pond Maintenance

We've been doing this both spring and fall, and for around 200.00 plus. Suddenly it's gone up to 400.00 range! Although they do a good job, they took forever to get out here .... Late in the season. We will definitely do some price shopping come spring, and if we can find somebody more reasonably priced, will switch.

Also referred to as Oasis Pond Management, it was easy to talk with the person who answered the phone to schedule the estimate. The estimate was done within a day or so, and we had the job scheduled in less than a week. The employees communicated well at the job site, did everything they promised, and then some additional items. They worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves. Our fish are happy and our three ponds look beautiful! We also learned a few things about how to better care for our fish and ponds. We will be calling Chardonnay/Oasis every time we need help with our ponds. Thank you!

They are great. They are really good about being responsive to your phone calls and giving you a fair and accurate price. They are a lot less than most of the other places I have talked to around here and I know pretty much all the pond companies around here. I think it maybe his college kids and his buddies that actually come out and do the work. I had my doubts about these young guys, but they are awesome. They took care of my turtle and made him a turtle house and really do a good job. They charge about $89 and everyone else wanted $250 and above, but you could not get them to return your phone calls.

They answered the phone on the initial call with professionalism, gave a price over the phone based on the information I gave regarding the size of the pond and where I was at, followed up as promised. The crew of two young guys showed up at 10 a.m. Monday morning (today ) and were very professional. They drained the pond, handled the fish and turtles with care ( didn't lose any), rearranged and configured some rocks much better than I'd done, to create a koi cave and other features, cleaned and reconfigured the pumps and biofilter system. It's beautiful. Better than it's looked in several years. They did the job in a timely manner, and wouldn't take a check, saying that we'd get a bill in the mail.
