Description of Work: I called several music stores to see who would tune an old auto-harp I had purchased through eBay. There were several strings which needed to be replaced and the unit also needed to be cleaned. | |Carpenter's took an interest in my auto-harp, and did a great job with replacing the strings and tuning the instrument. The price was very reasonable and they completed the work on-time as promised. | |I certainly will use their services in the future.

Description of Work: Actually, the piano tuning was provided by Larry Lonchar, who does the piano tuning and restoration service for the company above and for other music companies in Reno. Larry was excellent--couldn't have asked for a better piano tuning experience! Contact him directly at 775-544-6019.

 + 0 moreWe purchased our piano several years ago from Carpenter's Music World. They have two gentlemen who tune pianos. Both are excellent. Mr. Carpenter came out to the house this most recent time. He was late due to his last appointment running over. He called to let me know what was going on and asked if I still wanted him to come out. As in the past I felt he did a wonderful job. He takes the time needed to get everything just right. My husband is the piano player and he was so pleased with how much better the piano sounds. I would highly recommend calling Carpenter's for piano tuning and we will be using them in the future.
