Description of Work: Design and installation of a number of closets and wall units. The designer made wonderful plans, but unfortunately, due to problems at the management level the installation work was delayed. On the planned date of installation the installers did not come. When I called to inquire about the situation I was informed that the units would not be installed on the agreed date. I was given the run around, until I suggested that we cancel the order. The installation was planned for 3 days and on the second day the installers were more than 4 hours late, and we were not informed about the changes.I called to inquire about the delay and asked if not informing the customer about a delay was their normal business practice.I was accused of being "abusive". On the positive side, the installers were extremely professional and the finished work was excellent. The quality and details of the work was no less than superlative!
