Have used them for 20 years. They are great and professional. They don't play games typical of carpeting cleaners who offer one low price and then come to your home recommending countless extra charges for additional Un- needed services. They are straight forward, ethical, honest

Was on time, moved some furniture (I had moved the smaller pieces), and spent 2 hours making sure everything was clean. I have pets and I was impressed with care given to getting my carpets as clean as possible. I have used them before and will again.

They did a very good and thorough job. I had a lot of pet hair and I thought that they spent time getting the pet hair out and I was satisfied. I thought they did a very good job. They take extra care if we have a lot of pet hair. Their price was reasonable.

Workers were prompt and attentive. Only problem for me was the drying time on the carpets.; carpets still moist after 12 hours. Biggest problem was the liquid used to clean the carpets. Liquid got on the tile and wood floors, causing slickness and slips for days after. Potential safety issue for elderly.

The job was great. They arrived on time, did what they said. As long as this business keeps the same ownership I will use them everytime.

I have a white shag carpet in my living room (the only room in my house that is carpeted.) I have two cats and a dog so it gets dirty to the point where a vacuum doesn't do it. I decided that I'd get it professionally cleaned this time and called Buchanan Brothers. I called and had to leave a message and Dan called me back that night and we set up the appointment. He called me again the day before our appointment and said they would call as they were leaving the job they had to do before mine. They called me like they said they would and showed up a little after that. I had moved most of the small stuff out the living room the night before but left the big items for them to move. I didn't really know what to expect with them moving furniture since this was my first time having carpet cleaners come. I probably moved more than I needed to. I have some really heavy furniture in my living room and they moved them out, cleaned under them, then moved them back and put them up on Styrofoam blocks. I have two full bookcases that I told them not to try to move. Their whole cleaning process took about an hour and the carpet really looks great. It is the cleanest I remember seeing it. I will definitely use them again. They were friendly, efficient, did a great job cleaning my carpet, and they were nice to my dog.

We've used this company repeatedly so they are a good company to call for both area carpets and wall-to-wall carpets. They are very responsive to our requests for appointment times and they work with us without any hesitation around our schedule as far as coming into our home. We have left them in our home and simply had them lock up when they are done. They were extremely professional with picking up the carpets and returning them after the flooring was done. They were very helpful in laying a large carpet back down on the floor.

I've been using them since the 80's. I know them on the first name basis. They did an excellent job and always give 100%.
