+ -1 moreRuss Brown is a very professional man. He called the night before as a reminder and arrived promptly on time. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. My carpets have never looked so good. His price was exactly what he had quoted me on the phone. I would HIGHLY receommend this company to anyone.
