Description of Work: Brothers Home Improvement installed eight new, double-pane windows. After having several Reno/Sparks area window installation companies provide estimates, we went with Brothers. Why? For several reasons: (1) Our first impression from the estimator was very good (he was courteous, punctual and knew his stuff); (2) the estimate was very reasonable compared to other estimates; (3) window installation went smoothly (installers were punctual, courteous, tidy and considerate of us and our pets). The entire experience was very pleasant with absolutely no hiccups. We are very happy with Brothers' service and recommend them.

Description of Work: I had all the openable windows and patio doors replaced in my house with the exception of one downstairs bathroom window. Every time I used that bathroom all last winter, I was reminded how grateful I am with my Brothers windows. Their work was amazing and the price was 1/3 less than other estimates i received. Now our energy bills have nearly split in half. I was really impressed with the salesman's knowledge of my old windows's brand, Viking. He said Viking went out of business and explained to me how air easily got through those windows. I was skeptical so replaced all but one window. What a difference! You can bet we will be calling Brothers to replace that last window and that's the last winter that bathroom will be cold. Thanks Brothers!
