Description of Work: Bright Glass made a 65" by 38" inch beveled vanity mirror for our master bath. At first, I wanted a framed mirror but they convinced to do a wide bevel instead. We are very happy with the results. It is beautiful and the guys had that monster mirror installed in a half-hour.

Description of Work: I had two mirrors and four glass shelves installed. From the date I contacted them for measurements and final installation was about a week. They arrived on time and were very careful in their installation. Adjustments that were made were done well. During the weekend I noticed a bracket appeared to be pulling away from a wall. I contacted them monday morning, they were out by noon to adjust the bracket.

Description of Work: Rob picked up my car from my home and replaced the windshield and cleaned the headlights. Then he took it over the get new tires and an oil change from a different company that was in the vicinity so that I didn't have to leave my house and wait for the work to be done.

I dropped by without an appointment, they were able to accommodate me immediately and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. They also explained to me what was happening the headlights of my car but did not pressure me to get them fixed right away which I very much appreciated!

 + 0 moreI made an appointment to have a broken window replaced. The technician arrived exactly on time and explained the process. I needed a custom window made. I knew it was a custom order. Brite Glass gave me a bid for the window and labor. The bid was comparable to the bids my neighbors were given. Many of us suffered broken windows as a result of a golf tournament with very few real golfers. Brite Glass set up a date to replace the window. The technician was exactly on time again. They did not give an approximate time of between 1-3:00. I got a real appointment. The window was replaced in 30 minutes. Excellent work, excellent communication.

 + 0 moreMike was prompt, on time and found that the doors were not in alignment. He fixed it right then and there at no charge even though they had installed the doors in 2006. If I was still not happy with the sliding door to our deck we could purchase a different brand of door and they would install it at NO CHARGE! I will definitely use Brite Glass Again. And we are in a rural and at least an hour from their place of business.
Description of Work: Mike came out to a complaint that we had on two of our sliding glass doors that they had installed in 2006. They were just not sliding correctly and we couldn't remove the screen from one of the doors.

 + -1 moreEstimater was on time. He was professional and likable. This is the same person who would have done the job. Estamate was much higher than I was expecting. It was higher than another that I recieved from a contractor that is not a glass company. Did not use this company at this time.

 + -1 moreBrite Glass actually sent representatives from the glass company that manufactured the original windows. There was a bad batch of coating that was put on them. We had a large amount of windows that were damaged so the company came themselves and replaced them. It wasn't really Brite Glass who ended up replacing them; it was the manufacturer of the windows.
Description of Work: We had some window failures. Brite Glass helped arrange to have them all replaced at no charge.

Description of Work: I contacted Brite Glass, in Reno, NV., in June of 2012. My husband and I are rural cattle ranchers in No. NV. We have a custom built home (1980's) in remote Humboldt Country. It is almost impossible to get any reliable builder contractor and related services in this area. Local (Winnemucca, NV.) contractors are sometimes capable, but almost never available. There is too much work, for them, in town, for them to drive the hour distance to and from our home. I needed to have 2 sets of glass doors replaced, off my deck. In desperation I contacted Brite Glass - through an add in the Reno yellow pages. After a couple of calls, I was put in touch with Staci Nestaval, a Home Design Consultant for Brite Glass. Staci found the doors I needed, helped us take perfect measurments, ordered the doors and set up a fantastic building contractor, Big Horn Builders - of Reno, NV., to do the installation. The contractor arrived on time, as scheduled, removed the old doors, put in new, beautiful sliding doors, that fit perfectly, trimmed them inside and out and left that evening at 6:00PM for the 3 hour drive back to Reno. The work area was left cleaner than when they arrived. The work was done by a great father and son team who worked seamlessly together. They were knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Staci arranged ALL of this. We have never been so impressed with a building project, contractor and designer. Can't wait to have Big Horn Builders back. And I would highly recommend the services of Brite Glass and Big Horn Builders, Phil and Zach, for any building project you have in mind! Thank you, Staci! You are amazing! Thank you Big Horn Builders! Hurry back!
