Everything went great and I love the finished project

My first experience with a remodel, but not new to construction. I am so pleased I had an excellent referral on Bridges Const. to rely on. Obtained the bid, guessed it upward by a few thousand because I know myself! I went to the supply store they recommended and had a ball! I just picked out what I really liked and wanted and tallied up the excess over the allowance and decided this was likely the only remodel for that bathroom while I own the house, so went for it! And no regrets! The workmen were timely - always! In fact, I had to ask if they were ever late! I was able to be at home for most of it, but oh my the noise. When/if I do the kitchen, I will disappear during the demo stage!! However, glad I was around for the rest and the workmen were most attentive to keeping the dust down with plastic sheets hung all over, etc. Each tradesman was a professional and worked diligently during their time here. All in all, it was a tad costly, but most of that is my choices. . . . I mean, I just couldn't say no to that gorgeous $2700 medicine cabinet!! And the $1500 vanity with only 2 drawers! Life is choices and I am glad I made mine for Bridges Construction.

We needed a complete kitchen renovation. Steve Bridges came to our house and gave us suggestions we hadn't even thought of. He made wonderful drawings and they got to work. Everything went smoothly. They removed a window and put in a new one over the sink. Kyle Bridges created beautiful woodwork for it that matches the existing woodwork in the kitchen!! Beautiful!! We couldn't be happier with the results. We have lots more work and we will call Bridges Construction. Steve, Chris, Monica, Kyle, John and the rest of the crew and so considerate and polite.

I am very pleased with my choice of using Bridges Construction for my kitchen remodel. They provided the ideas for the design and were patient as I tried to make various decisions etc. All the staff was friendly and supportive throughout the project! Any issues that arose were promptly addressed and I was treated with respect. I would highly recommend Bridges!

Bridges Construction continues to be a great general contractor. This is our second project with Bridges and despite supply chain issues and busy subcontractors, work was scheduled seamlessly. High quality work product, workers all friendly and hardworking and management transparent and consistent. Steve and team's attention to detail and thoughtful advice was most helpful throughout the project and ended up saving us money. Bridges worked carefully around our vintage teal tub and delivered a beautiful and much more functional bathroom. They moved fixtures to better suit the space and replacing all other surfaces along the way. We love it. Thank you Bridges!

Bridges Construction did a wonderful job remodeling the master bathroom. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable...they have obviously completed many remodels. They were professional, courteous, and paid attention to the small details. Communication throughout the job was good. I would definitely recommend them.

The work was beautiful. All work performed was on time and went smoothly. The workers and subcontractors were helpful and on time. They did excellent work.

Bridges is a great general contractor - superb finish on our large project, thoughtful in subcontractor selection, virtually seamless scheduling, provided helpful recommendations and planned our cabinetry addition beyond expectations. Bridges was easy to work with while living through a renovation and completed a beautiful space for us. Some minor billing issues but we'd absolutely use them again!

Bridges did our remodel on our kitchen, master bath, laundry, and fireplaces. We were really happy with their quality of work and how they stayed on track for time. The crew is great, always felt comfortable with them and they were really respectful. Issues are always bound to pop up in a remodel but they always got addressed and resolved, you can trust that Bridges will handle it and make it right. Steve also really steered us in the right direction with some of our original thoughts on what we wanted. We highly recommend!

Bridges was the only company that would even come out to look at what we wanted to get done. Steve was very professional from the first meeting and him and his wife, Chris, kept us updated on everything, from timeline, process, payments, deadlines, etc. We had a wall and soffett removed from our kitchen to create an open floor plan and you can barely tell there was anything ever there. We love our kitchen so much now and we’re so glad we hired them to take on the task. Highly recommend!!

Bridges Construction did a Wonderful job on our remodel! It was an extensive and complicated project made difficult because our home is located with steep grades on either side with limited site access. There were many unplanned challenges that they worked through and the end result is truly exceptional. We appreciated that Steve, Kyle and Chris were always there to take our calls to answer questions and help us with the many decisions required along the way.

Steve Bridges (of Bridges Construction) was the only one who came out to give me a bid for a job we had. Since his company did such good work on that initial project, we knew immediately that we would hire his company to do our kitchen remodel (a total gut job). Steve worked with us on the design, helped us with the cabinet selection. The team of painters, plumbers, electricians, construction was professional - courteous and hard working. His son, Kyle, was a pleasure to work with - patient with a great eye for detail. We are extremely pleased with how our kitchen turned out and we would hire Bridges Construction for any future work and would highly recommend the company to others in the Reno area.

They came out and met with me, measured and provided a price in a timely manner.

The workers were good. I had. issues with Chris and his follow up. There were problems with the electrical wiring. The original electrician did a very poor job. I had to haggle with Chris to get someone who knew what they were doing to come in and redo. The other issue I had was with marks on the grannet countertop. It was not sealed and if they expected me to do this it was not communicated to me. I am very unhappy with how the countertop looks, 201The bottom line is that Chris would not even come and look at it. He did not do any final inspection. I guess he had a bigger job.

I called and did not get a response until 2 days later. He indicated that he could either come one of two days within a specified 2 hour period. He didn't know which day but he would contact me before the first of the two days to let me know. He did NOT contact me on the first of two possible days. I called both phone numbers and no one called me back. On the second day he texted at 7:30 am (I was still sleeping) to ask if he could come earlier. I called him back and told him that this would be fine. He arrived but told me on the phone that he didn't know it was a condo (I had told him this on the first phone call). He said that he didn't do small remodels. He then proceeded to provide excuses as to why he doesn't do condos. After I assuaged him about his fears, he continued to provide excuses. I don't suggest this company unless you don't like good communication or reliability.

We could not be happier and cannot say enough positive things about Bridges Construction. From start to finish, they showed nothing but exceptional professionalism, and the finished product is a gorgeous kitchen....and very happy clients. Steve and Chris were incredibly responsive and patient in the beginning stages, as we dove into the redesign of our kitchen, guiding us when we needed some direction and knowing how to create a plan for our vision. And boy did they deliver. From start to finish, Steve constantly updated us on what we could expect and what was scheduled for each day/week. The entire Bridges' crew, as well as the subs employed, were quick, courteous, organized, and extremely professional. And, their workmanship and attention to detail was impeccable. Our kitchen is absolutely beautiful. (I've included one "before" photo and three "after" photos). We are so excited about the outcome of the kitchen (and the experience we had with Bridges Construction), and cannot wait to hire them for future bathroom remodels. I highly recommend Bridges Construction without any hesitation.

Bridges Construction was terrific to work with! 1) They were professional in their promptness in responding to our questions, offered valuable design assistance and had the construction expertise to accomplish the job in a timely and quality manner. 2) they kept the mess under control and hauled away all the debris. Steve, Kris and Kyle were great to work with with no loud music, coarse language on the work site. 3) The final kitchen showed good workmanship and attention to detail that made us very happy with our decision to work with Bridges Construction on this project.

We couldn't be more excited about how our remodel went! The Bridge's are a family team that are wonderful to work with. We found Steve, Chris and Kyle to be very contentious, trustworthy and honest. It was so easy to hand over the keys to the house to them. They were all readily available for any questions along the way. Their professionalism and experience was much appreciated, as this was a long distance remodel from California. The whole process was pretty seemless and came in right on time. We couldn't be happier!!

It was very smooth and communications with Mr. Bridges and his wife were easy and very helpful! I am excited to work on more projects with Bridges Construction and have recommended them to all of my friends!

I wanted to update my kitchen including enlarging the windows, change the flooring in my family and dining rooms, and replace some of the interior doors in my home. Steve Bridges came to my house soon after I called to make and appointment to discuss what I wanted to have done. In just a couple of days I received a diagram and a preliminary quote. Both Steve, and his wife, Chris, were great to work with. They were helpful in selecting cabinets, etc., always courteous, and prompt in returning phone calls. There were some delays with the cabinets and doors, but they were not the fault of Bridges Construction. All of their subcontractors were friendly and did excellent work. Kyle Bridges is very good at whatever job he does, and pays close attention to details. I would definitely recommend Bridges Construction for any remodeling project.

Everyone who worked on the project was fantastic....very courteous and professional in every sense. Even though this was a relatively small job, it was a big deal to us, and we felt we were treated as if it was a big deal to them as well. Estimate and final cost was detailed, easy to understand, and was a reasonable amount. Couldn't be happier with the process and outcome!

Significant cost overruns on subcontractors relative to written estimate. Variable quality of workmanship and subcontractors, some excellent and some subpar. Communication was difficult--seemed too busy or distracted to keep track of details.

We couldn't be happier with Bridges Construction. Not only did they give us a beautiful home but they finished the job on time and on budget.

Amazingly well. Workers showed up promptly in the morning, worked very diligently and cleaned up at the end of the day before leaving. Kyle Bridges (Steves son) is amazing--very careful and precise worker--a person you can't help but like. I have now dealt with the Bridges since May of this year. We did not realize the scale of the job ahead. It started with some painting and a couple of walls and grew. I would hire Bridges construction again without hesitation. This is my very first recommendation of anyone and am very pleased it has been such a positive experience.
