Brad'S Handyman Service

Description of Work: Brad has actually done (2) jobs for me: 1) He refinished my outdoor stairs, by Power washing them, scraping applying a sealer cote and finally a paint. That was not my original intent, as I was considering actually replacing all the lumber. He said he could do that, but looked at the current wood and said that it was still very good and really didn't need to be replaced. This way I would save a lot of money and he was the only one to offer that advice. Three other handyman services gave me quotes for a total rebuild an d at rediculous prices. 2) Next he removed an old fence and installed a new one along with a gate that was not there before. Again his suggestions were extrememly helpful and the job once finished is better than expected. His total services include: Painting and Staining, Fence and Deck repair, Minor plumbing and swamp coolers, Yard work and sprinkler repair, Doors locks and screen repairs and major clean-up and hauling. If he doesn't feel he can properly do the job, he will recommend someone who can. After each job, He made sure the job site was cleaned up. This is a HANDYMAN, and one who doesn't gouge a client.
