Description of Work: Everything about the service was excellent, except for the price of the repair parts. The service provider can not be blamed for the price of the parts. I called around and checked on line the price of parts and Blue Sage was very close to, or below, all the other quoted prices on the parts.

+ -1 moreCalled yesterday morning. Lady I talked to was very helpful. Didn't want to send someone out unless she was sure they could get parts for appliance that old. Since I would have had to pay for a service call, I appreciated that. Gave them the model number and serial number. She said they would check for availability of parts and call me after 3:00 that afternoon, which they did. Good news, OK for parts and the service call was scheduled for the next day. Service guy arrived on time and approx. an hour later my cooktop as good to go. Great experience. Three years ago, they fixed a 9 month old oven for me. Great service, same good results. Oven's still going strong.
Description of Work: Replaced electrical receptacle and control switch for one burner of 34 year old electric cooktop.

+ -1 moreFine. Problem diagnosed; parts located and ordered; return visit within predicted time; installation took some time; trial run made in evident that adjustments had to be made; adjustments were made and questions answered and the old workhorse operates again.
Description of Work: An old (1984?) Wolf Range was repaired. I believe it was a gas valve that was replaced. The needed part was somewhat difficult to come by, but the repairman was knowledgeable and he made the available part work. He was on time, professional in every way; cleaned up, let me know what he was doing, responded well to questions about operation, etc. He also checked the pilot lights and the ability of all stove parts (oven, burners, grill) to "light" and function.

I called Blue Sage and they came out the same day and fixed the problem - without needing to order any parts so the cost was minimal. They were on time and fixed the problem quickly.
Description of Work: My oven was only working intermittently and the digital display was very dim.

+ -1 moreService man showed up on time and looked like he knew what he was doing. The problem is they hammer the customer on the price. service man was nice enough to replace a ground wire connector. That was cool.
Description of Work: Repair man replaced a lid switch on the washer. My perspective would be the part would cost 40.00 max. I was charged about 180.00. My perspective is this is a very poor value. Additional work needed, washer had a broken shock, this would have cost me another 400.00. Another bad value. Think pricing is way too high. Looking for fair and reasonable pricing.
