+ -1 moreI went in and asked if they could help. The service guy stopped what he was working on, and worked on my drill immediately. He was fast and efficient and finished the work in less than 10 minutes. He passed me off to the cashier and immediately went back to his original job.
Description of Work: Changed out a power cord on a power tool.
