 + 0 moreHe looked at the heater in our garage. Didn't even have a flashlight. Used mine. Immediately said we needed a new hot water heater and quoted a pretty ridiculous price to replace it. Charged $95 to do nothing. 5 minutes total. Next day a plumber from a different company came and saw that all we had was a leaking supply line. Fixed it. Saved us a ton of money. Would never, ever, use Big Bear again. Wholly dissatisfied.
Description of Work: Our hot water heater stopped working. Pilot light was out. The plumber was able to come out the same day I called. That part was great.

 + -1 moregreat! Big Bear arrived on time and explained what he was doing and why. Very affordable prices the amount of work required. Friendly and answered questions well.
Description of Work: repaired sprinklers, leveled irrigation system, installed drainage system that was up to code and would prevent yard from flooding as it did this spring.

 + -1 moreHe had to crawl under the house and everything. They did outstanding work for me. It took about 3 hours, about an hour for each faucet. I don't think they could improve on much. The price was a little expensive, but they do good work. I liked the quality of work and response time and everything.

Description of Work: Copper pipe between the water heater and circulation pump sprung a leak. The pipe was only 1.5 inches long that made for extra labor. I attempted to fix but gave up after 20 minutes.
