+ 4 moreAs far as the work goes they did an excellent job and were fair on the price at the end. My only complaints were not showing up and not calling to let me know they weren't coming and the length of time the project took. That last part was probably my fault because I didn't have an end date with penalties put in the contract. Won't do that again. Live and learn!
Description of Work: Remodeled my master bath. Took out tub and made very large tiled to ceiling walk in shower with glass doors. Replaced cabinets, counter top, sinks and flooring and toilet.

+ 0 moreThey did quite a bit of work for me over a year ago. They were quick to give an estimate and they did a good job when they did the job for me. The only drawback was that they did not do everything. They only have certain things that they will do and with the name 'Construction', you will think that they would do everything. They kind of prefer insurance work but I do not know if that is a positive thing.

Description of Work: I contacted the Company as soon as I jointed Angie's List and Mr. Biale came out the next day and is in the process of getting an estimate to us for the work we want done. He did say it would be after the beginning of the year because of prior jobs commitments, and we are willing to wait for him to do the work. 2/11/14 - never heard back from Mr. Biale. Gave up waiting and hired someone else!!!

+ 2 moreWe are working with them. So far, we really like them. They called me right back. They met their appointment time. They were very congenial and really listened to what I wanted. They made some suggestions that I really liked. They have always been available for any questions. They haven't yet started the work. We are just getting into the process of getting things ordered to do the work. The quote was over $12000.
Description of Work: Biale Construction LLC gave us an estimate for completely redoing our master bathroom. They are also doing flooring, plumbing and electrical work.

+ 0 moreOverall, the work was done well. It took twice as long as estimated, and cost twice as much, but since the estimate was for installation only, that makes sense. It was still only 4 days that they were here working, and since the original estimate was only $700, it's not really surprising that it ended up being more. My only real problem with the company was that it took almost 2 months to get the invoice so I could pay them.
Description of Work: They repaired rotten subfloor and some studs and replaced a tub/shower in our master bathroom, as well as replacing the valve in our other bath when we noticed it was leaking while the contractor was here.

+ 3 moreDennis was recommended to us by an acquaintance. We checked the company out on BBB and with the state contractors board. His initial estimate was almost 1/2 of Home Depot. He was very easy to work with, coordinating the floor installation with coming back to install the new toilets, doing the drywall and the plumbing steps, then coming back to texture the wall next to the new surround. Everything was done in our time frame (we had constraints on both the start time and needed finish time).
Description of Work: Dennis is a general contractor. His people are qualified, licensed to do the specifics. We remodeled 2 bathrooms. One went from a tub to a shower enclosure, the other to a new tub and surround. Drains had to be moved in both, plus putting on new valves for the new faucets and toilets. We stripped off the old tile, his people did the drywall and the rest (except floors--which we had done by a specific porcelain tile guy). Very easy to coordinate the work with the floor guys and the Corian guys. Dennis is very accommodating and professional. His guys left the carpets clean and area picked up.
