Description of Work: They installed a vinyl laminate floor for us in 2016. We had them come back and add more to a master bedroom and bath. They were professional, reasonable, and the work was excellent. We would recommend this company and their staff without hesitation.

Description of Work: Best Hardwood Flooring installed our tile beautifully. It was not an easy task as our concrete subfloor was very uneven and cracked, and we wanted the tile at the same level as our adjacent laminate flooring. They suggested leveling the floor to ensure a quality tile job, and an alternative installation method to help prevent cracking of grout lines - and I couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: We had existing hardwood in our kitchen and entry way. We expanded it to our dining room, living room, and hallway by replacing the carpet. Ceasar was very professional and responsive to our needs. Delfino did most of the work is very skilled at his craft. The floor turned out outstanding and the price was less that other local hardwood companies.

+ 0 moreI was impressed with Cesar and Miguel and all of their employees from start to finish. They were responsive, communicative, professional, punctual, highly skilled, and caring. I really felt that they had our best interests at heart through the entire process. I made some unusual requests to which they replied with patience, understanding, and information. They really made me feel like my job was a top priority for them. Down to the details of the promptly emailed bid to the names on the shirts of all of the employees who worked here to the careful way in which they covered everything (including the smoke detectors!) with plastic to minimize clean-up for us, I feel like this is a top notch company. Our floors are drop dead gorgeous! I wouldn't use anyone else and highly recommend them!
Description of Work: We had 1600 square feet of variable width wide plank white oak installed in our main living area which includes steps up to a raised family room. We had the wood finished with Waterlox Tung Oil. This work was part of a remodel and was completed while we occupied the property.

+ 0 moreMuch quicker than I thought; they work 6 days a week, and are very diligent. I am very pleased with the way they butted up against existing tile (including curves). I would recommend this company to a friend, and would use them again.
Description of Work: Glue down installation of dark bamboo strand flooring (from lumber liquidators); removal of existing carpet, remove and replace baseboards. Miguel was prompt in calling back, when he had to reschedule a site visit, he was thoughtful. He is clearly a pro at glue down hardwood flooring and was recommended by the flooring seller. I just had similar work done in Las Vegas, and the job done by Miguel is much superior. He is competitive with his pricing, but is not cut-rate (but with hardwood flooring, you need to have the best installer).

+ 0 moreBest Hardwood Flooring's pricing was more than fair, they were flexible with our schedule, professional and on-time. Not sure you can find better in the Reno area. My husband and I would absolutely recommend Best Hardwood Flooring and will definitely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: We can't thank Cesar and Miguel Estrada at Best Hardwood Flooring enough! They took out old flooring, installed new maple engineered flooring and baseboards in a home we purchased and were absolutely great to work with!

+ 0 moreWhat I really liked about them the most, is that you could not tell where the new hardwood was and the old hardwood was. The transition was flawless. I'm really pleased with the color. They did really mess up my baseboards. However, they were very professional.
Description of Work: My house was half carpet and half hardwood. They had to sand my existing hardwood and put down new hardwood where my carpet had been.
