This is an update from 2016. Really poor materials and construction during install! We already have leaking between the window and the trim and you can feel a draft inside the house where the window meets the drywall...which means water instrusion...which means bad juju. There's insufficient sealant between the window and the house! The windows are great, the install not so great. Now we have to replace the window trim on all 14 windows to ensure there's enough sealant to create a barrier between inside and outside...and stop drafts...and water intrusion. The original windows didn't have these issues...even after 20 years!

Chad and the crew at Beautiful Homes Nevada just installed our windows and a sliding door. The Amerimax product is excellent and the installation was great! Two of our windows required expanding the openings and that was done exceptionally well. Nine windows and a sliding glass door done in two days. Highly recommended!

Two thumbs up!
Description of Work: Chad (Beautiful Homes Nevada) and his crew replaced 13 windows, one slider, and installed two new cut-ins. It's a night-and-day difference comparing old to new windows (the original windows were cheap builder-grade). The windows are nearly privacy glass during the day, and the low-e has a polarizing effect on outdoor colors (everything is more vibrant). We stumbled upon BHN's exhibit while browsing the March 2016 Home & Garden Show, which turned out to be the most opportune happenstance meeting ever. We'd previously received two window bids, and BHN's product is far superior (lower U value, lower SHGC, better seals, better glass, better low-e). Chad also scheduled a home appointment to demonstrate / explain / discuss his windows. Extremely thorough.
