Called the owner of this compay on Monday of the prior week. He said they could service my washer on Monday, and set a time for his tech to be at my house at 8:00am. He said his tech had to drop his children off at school before 8:00, so he would be at the house on time.Because I start work at 7:30am in the morning, I had to ask permission to be late to work. At 8:00am on Monday, no tech.At 8:16am, I called the service number, and left word for the owner that the tech hadn't shown up, and I needed to leave in the next ten minutes.8:27, I left the house for work. No show. I got to work and saw there was a voice mail from a and quot;privateand quot; number on my phone. The call came in at 7:52am. I listened to the voice mail, and it was the tech. He had and quot;something come upand quot; and stated he would be late, maybe around 8:15 or so. He left his number. Because I had already left the house, I would have expected the owner to call me to try to schedule a new time. I called the tech around 12:30pm telling him if he could reschedule for an 8:00am appt that week to call me back. It's now 4:45pm. I have not heard from the owner, nor the tech. I now have to find another repair company, and lose more work time, as well as wait more days to get my washer serviced. They may have a good price for service calls, but if I miss 2 hours of work time, and cannot wash or dry my clothes, the price is irrelevant. Just bad service.
Description of Work: Needed my LG washer serviced, and a new plug for my dryer in my new home. No service because they were a NO SHOW.

I believe they are honest. They come in, don't waste time and they fix the part that needs to be fixed. In fact, the guy that came didn't quite have the right part so he didn't charge me for that call because he needed something else. He got what he needed and came back a week later and ended up fixing two appliances within the same service call. I have recommended them to other people.
