Description of Work: came out and inspected tree's. They were very knowledgeable with no sales pressure. They even saved some of my tree's that other companies wanted to cut down. they are to do a follow up this spring. There was no charge. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: Showed up as scheduled with 4 man crew. Performed first major pruning for most of our approx forty 14 year old trees. Chemically treated our evergreen trees. Removed a large dead Aspen tree. |Hard working crew removed all pruned materials from property. They were all very courteous and friendly. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: When I fist started using them, they were fantastic, reasonable, on time, and you get a 10% senior discount. However when I needed them again, I never got my calls returned by Jon who did the original work. The company could not get him to return my calls. He was very friendly and so was I so I just could not figure him out. So I call the company again and asked for a different guy to come out. Which he did, on time. Told me what needed to be done and we made an app. for that Friday. He was there on Mon. or Tues. He even emailed me to confirm the appointment. He never showed up and never called. Never heard from him again. When you can actually get them to come out they are great, but getting them to honestly come out and do the work---forget it. I am so disappointed with them because they did do a great job--at first. Then they turned into one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Lots of empty promises!

Description of Work: Trimmed several trees, cleared & hauled away debris from the trees

Description of Work: A fairly large locust tree was removed from close proximity to a deck. The stump was completely ground down. Crown clean was done on a few trees. We would always call American Arborists first for any work that needs to be done.

Description of Work: Trimmed back several trees that were endangering the stability of our roof. Thinned out a pine and two maple trees. Clean up was very good.
