All the Right Moves

WONDERFUL. during the last 6 months it became imperative for me to move from my present 2 bed/2 bath apt (upper) here in Reno to another 1 story down townhouse nearby. I had used them several times before and was extremely pleased so called them for this move in Feb of this year. They were again perfect. I have a lot of heavy furniture and china. They always arrived on time, courteous, professional looking and started working the minute they had their instructions. There were 3 men and all 3 ran like a 'well oiled machine'. No horsing around or asking repeated questions. Each knew his job and did it; all 3 were in sync!! That move unfortunately to The Bungalows apts nearby was a disaster the minute I walked into that new apartment. It was filthy etc. so only stayed there a very short time to "get out of there" ASAP. Called these movers again to set up a quick date because it was so bad I could not stay there. I had to find a big storage unit 10 x 25 immediately which I did nearby big enough to hold all my stuff which is a lot! It was in storage there about 3 months until I returned back to my original address but a different apartment upstairs again. 3 moves in 3 months. I cannot sing their praises enough. Again on time, since all my very good expensive wood furniture going into storage for no idea how long they really wrapped everything up with that clear film so nothing would get scratched or paintings, mirrors all protected. I always called after each move to the owner and told them how pleased I have been with them which has made 5 moves now in the past 3 years. Total cost would be very difficult but their rates are very reasonable for the service they perform and the care of your furniture, dishes and treasures you may have as they always went above and beyond for their complete professional service to their customers and your belongings. It was more than obvious they take pride in their work. Cost of last move out of 10 x 25 packed storage unit was $900.00 upstairs to my 2 bed/2bath 1000sf. apt. where I am now. I have recommended them to the apartment complex I am in now as they were always definitely dependable to show up on time and very trustworthy and consciences.

The project took two days with 4 guys from All the Right Moves and both of Greg's 24' trucks on the second day. Greg and his team did an excellent job, were easy to work with and the final bill was less than the original estimate.

I was moving an aunt from Reno, Nevada to Tacoma, WA using PODS as the transport and needed move-out services to load the furniture and household goods into the POD at the Reno end. All the Right Moves provided two guys as requested. They called to say they could arrive and start early, worked with care and respect for her belongings, and were done well before I expected. They packed the POD very well for the move, as everything arrived in perfect condition. They paid attention to boxes marked for top-load, carefully wrapped and padded glass and fragile items, and used rope we provided to tie-off the load inside. Nothing damaged. Nice work. .

Things went great. They showed up on time, did their business, and then stored our stuff for a few days before dropping it off at our new place in California. They would have dropped off all our stuff the next day, but we needed a few days to close on the new house.

On time, courteous and professional. Move completed in less than the 3 hour minimum by Rick and Jimmy. They were very careful with our things and nothing was damaged. Highly recommend this company and their prices-10% senior discount.

Jim and crew arrived early, took into a couple of special requests I had, and hustled to get the job done. Job was further complicated by snow. They did a great job. Take it from someone who has moved a few too many times, they are the best.

I called them 2 weeks before the move date and and had no problem getting get up with the weekend I wanted. They showed up on time ( 9:30 a.m. )and get right to work. Very nice and joke with us a lot. Super nice workers. They took care of all our stuff. Wrapped the TVs with blankets and wrapped the Dressers and Entertainment centers in plastic. Had the hold move done in aobut 4 1/2 hours. This was the First time using movers to mover and I have to say that would will use them again if i move again.

1st - They were 20minutes early. 2nd - Set up, then met with me to get an idea of the scope and organization of the work required. 3rd - No wasted time. 4th - They were very courteous, and careful with all items (no damage). 5th - Finished on time, with out delay or over charges.

We had an excellent move. Pretty much hassle-free. Greg, the owner, was prompt, dependable and efficient. He is a man of high integrity. He did everything he said he would do to accomplish this move and gave me, unsolicited, a senior discount to boot. (How often do you see that happen nowadays?). He had a well-trained and highly professional crew to assist him. I couldn't have hired a better company to move me. I'm a very satisfied customer. These guys are the best.

Entire move took approx 3 hrs. from start in Fernley to completion at Reno house. All aspects went well. We did receive a 10% senior discount. I would surely recommend this moving company to anyone.

They were very efficient, accommodating, and professional. They took special care with the things I told them were precious to me. They were good with tips that saved me money. I’ve moved cross country several times using the big companies, and these guys were just as good and cost a lot less. My things went into storage so I don’t’ know the final outcome but I know the care that went into packing and storing and I’m sure they are fine. They were helpful in other ways too, like estimating the size storage unit I'd need – other companies had way underestimated the space - and helping arrange for my car to be driven. After they had completely finished their job, they even called to tell me the pass was open over the summit with no controls, but a new storm was forecast and we should try to beat it. I highly recommend them and would definitely use All The Right Moves again.

I signed up for Angies list as we were moving and wanted a reputable mover and handyman. I picked All The Right Moves to do the moving based on their reviews. We needed help moving our household belongings into storage. We just needed help with the large stuff. I talked to the owner on the phone and set up the move date. They would charge a flat $105 an hour for 2 movers and a truck. There is a 3 hour minimum. The truck and movers showed up right on time. The truck and both men were clean and presentable. Gary was the leadperson for the job. Great guy. Very hard worker and knowledgeable about loading, lifting and all the little things. Shane was the helper. Tall strong college student making some money for school. They both worked very hard and had the truck loaded, moved and unloaded in 3 hours. Nothing broken or scratched. They did a great job!!! they billed me for 3 hours and surprised me with a 10% senior discount. Our new house is being built and will be ready ths spring, I will definetely hire All the Right Moves to do the moving.
