all purpose cleaning

Ricky, the owner, showed up personally the first day. He was on time and professional. We'd recently purchased a large home and wanted a complete post- work clean-up and restoration of the slate floors and granite tops. Our renovations ran a week late, in part, due to the delays of the carpet installation. Ricky said he had to delay his crew and charged 780.00 for putting off 4 very nice hispanic women. Ok, a bit much, but understood.
I explained to Ricky that he was coming while the project was winding down. He said he preferred to work from the lower floor up and I said, that wasn't going to work here as we had to begin the move-in from the first (of three floors). I laid out a plan for him to do the bathrooms, kitchen and first floor, then, with the first floor complete he could do the third food and we could move in and cover up his completed work.
Ricky simply didn't listen. He rushed through both the first and third floors with a job so bad he had to return the next day and repeat the entire process. This put us even further behind.
His crew simply were awful. Ricky tried to blame the uncleaned drawers on on going work, dust, my contractor, etc. It wasn't true. Drawers still had objects in them that showed they weren't touched .
Ricky's problem is he doesn't listen, has a fixed idea as to how to do things and doesn't work with the custom who pays him. He will not be invited back to do ongoing work and I can't recommend him to customers. There are many others to chose from.

He's very responsive, very professional, and meticulous. He arrives on time, works hard, cleans up, and is cheerful the whole time. With the grout cleaning and sealing, he brought in machinery to steam clean the grout--it looks great. Because of our pets, we sometime have to have him spot clean rugs, and he does that just as part of the housecleaning service.

I thought I had to replace this carpet. Rick came by, gave me an estimate to clean the carpet and he was able to return the next day with his equipment and van. I have had a lot of rentals this Winter and Spring and the carpet took a beating. Rick was able to bring it up to par with his services. The carpet looks great, smells great, dirt/stains were removed and the carpet feels softer when walking on it. I am very impressed.
