Affordable Filtration

I'm not sure why anyone would give this company an 'F' rating. I found Mike to be one of the most honest, knowledgeable and professional contractors/workman I've ever dealt with. He did a stellar job installing both the RO and water softener. He made sure we were 100% satisfied with everything he did. He was personable, always willing to answer every question and never once got frustrated when he had to readjust something that didn't look right. He cleaned up every bit of waste material that he created. He went through a complete and detailed explanation of how each system works. And all this after giving me a quote in January and still honoring it in May. Even though the rating system is 5 stars, I would give Affordable Filtration a 10+. Get all the other quotes you need, but do yourself a huge favor and use Affordable. They have the BEST PRICE and absolutely do the BEST QUALITY WORK!

Mike from Affordable Filtration, was great to work with. He arrived on time for the estimate and then again for the install. His price cannot be beat. He installs a great softener system for an extremely competitive price. If you want a softener and/or a reverse osmosis installed in your home call Mike. Mike is a very friendly person and will bend over backwards to get the job done right and on time.

Awful. I was outraged and incredibly angered by this man!

Mike came out the week before, explained how the system worked and gave us a quote. We accepted and scheduled a time for installation. Mike arrived at the scheduled time and got the work completed quickly. He explained the system and made sure we understood how everything worked. During the whole process we had several phone calls and Mike either answered or called back within 15 minutes. A great guy who really knows his stuff. A real professional.

When I called Affordable Filtration I got Mike on the phone. He gave me an appointment immediately. He showed up early and gave me estimates to repair or replace my softener. We opted to install a new one. Mike did not charge us for the initial visit and gave us a very reasonable quote. He showed up early and did a great job. He went the extra mile to see that the work was done well. I plan on calling Mike to service my water filtering system.

They were excellent. I have no problems. They came the next day and they were very responsive.

Mike is an excellent technician, a fair and honest businessman and all-around nice guy. I have used his services since 2011 and will continue to do so.

Mike has been our water man for our ten years here in Washoe Valley. We just sold our home and are handing over all Mikes details to the new owners. Whatever Mike has recommended we have done. We have 150% trust and satisfaction with Mike. Sad to be leaving someone we trust so much. We have a water softener , iron machine and an osmosis filtration system. We live on a well. People love our house water and we attributive to Mike. Mike has started his own business , Affordable Filtration two years ago. We stand behind Mike. A man of many talents. It has been a pleasure.
