He came out to diagnose my problem, which appeared to be a broken pipe. Seemed very hurried & didn't have much time to spend-maybe 15'. Left saying he would get back with me when he could come, but he never did. So I found someone else. I am always cautious when a business doesn't bother to reply as they say they will. Must not need the business.
