+ -1 moreHe put a sweet edge on these knives. I value knives. I just really appreciate good knives. I cook a lot so these kitchen knives that someone gave me that they trashed, I took to him and "Wow". When you get an edge from Conrad, you only need to go a couple times a year. Very personal service in the sense that we could talk about knives and he wanted to make sure I knew how to use a sharpening steel properly and we talked about sharpening at home. I understand a lot more than I did before. He does good knife sharpening. You can pick them up the next day. I go twice a year whether I need to or not.
Description of Work: He sharpened two sets of kitchen knives for me. We are talking 12 knives.
