ABL Carpet Cleaning

After missing numerous appts. they finally showed up did a fairly decent job.

We called based on prior feedback on Angie's List. Very personable owner took care of job and done per schedule and high quality. Only on issue, my exact room measurements vs. his "ballpark" estimate were way off. He measured exactly and came in very close to my estimate and did the work for that square footage. Measure your own rooms to insure the right price/sq. ft.

Called Steve and we received same-day service. Took the time to explain about the different stains and what he could and could not do. Fantastic service and a great job! Will definitely use again!

Steve left my tile sparkling and my carpets looking like new. He gives honest estimates up front and always sticks to them. He also has great facebook deals!

It was a very pleasant experience dealing with ABL Carpet Cleaning. The owner knows his business and provided great information as well as great service.

Overall the job was started and completed in one day of a 2800 sq house. They did the job as I expected and I would use them again.

My experience was very good. This is the first time I used him. He was really prompt and efficient. There was a coupon from Angie’s List. He charged $120. I would use him again in the future.

They did a half way decent job. I wasn't totally happy with it. They left several spots on my carpets.

They had to postpone twice as there was a wildfire in the vacinity of their home and they had to evacuate but did show up as agreed upon by company and owner the following week. All went well with the cleaning process. One of our Corgies had 3 epilectic seizures a day after and I was concerned about it being the chemicals used on the rugs.I was told by ABL when cleaning there was nothing in the chemicals that would harm the animals. I believe it may have been a coincidence but a change in the rug chemistry could have brought them on . There was no blame on my part and did not talk to ABL about it..

I got a rough quote over the phone after checking to make sure that the company covered my area. We agreed on a date and time for the service. ABL showed up on time and we did a walk through of the work that needed to be performed. Because I was moving out of the house and we decided not to have it rented, the amount of work I wanted done was less then what we had discussed on the phone. The owner didn't seem very happy about this because he felt it was a long way to drive, but he had originally agreed that he serviced the area I lived in. He was fair in his recommendations and even told me that I shouldn't have the shower cleaned (another service which he performs) because it wasn't in that bad of a shape. This won back a lot of credibility with me after his "to far to drive for this much work" comment. We finally agreed on the scope of work and parts of the house to have the carpets cleaned. At the end of the day, the total came out to be the same as he quoted me on the phone, but with a different scope of work. The overall job was done very well and the carpets looked great when they were done.

It was very easy to get a hold of Steve to schedule our carpets to be cleaned. Steve and his son arrived on time, looked professional, and communicated how they were going to do things. They made sure to protect our house with extra materials where the large hoses drag across the walls. They helped us move furniture and were very organized starting with the upstairs and then downstairs. They helped us find where the smells were coming from (many doggies), and we had them treated and cleaned. We have hired a lot of carpet cleaners, but I have to say that hiring Steve and Tony from ABL Carpet Cleaning was a fantastic decision, and we couldn't be more happy with the job.

They were professional and punctual. Their work was excellent.

I called to make an appointment. He wasn't busy. So he came to our home immediately! He was in & out in less than an hour! Carpet looks perfects!

Steve was On time, fast service, carpets looked great afterwards, very professional as well as his helper........highly recommend!

Steve gets right to work. He had the carpet looking far, far better than it had any right to look in just a little while. We were amazed and very pleased. He doesn't leave it really wet, and so it was dry enough in just a couple of hours. We're totally happy with that. Then he got started with the tile. He did a once over with the steam cleaner but it wasn't able to budge the grime embedded in the grout lines. He came and got me, and we discussed what next and he was really open and frank with me about the time it would take to really bring it back to looking good - and the additional cost ($100). He said that he might have to try and few different products to see which worked best. Finally he got a mild acid which he put in all the grout lines - by hand from a squeeze bottle - and then after letting it etch for a couple minutes, he got down on hands and knees and scrubbed every inch of grout line ... 300 square feet of tile. It was one h*** of a hard job. Then he would go back over it in sections, with the steam cleaner. He got not only the kitchen but also the laundry room and half bath - even emptied out the laundry room coat closet ( and kitty box ) to take care of that space too. Wow. Finally, he sealed all the grout lines. The floor looks amazing! We were really, really pleased. He spent about two hours on that floor, mostly on hands and knees. Afterward, he briefed me on how to clean the floor without destroying the sealer on the grout. He told me exactly why I shouldn't use the products I thought were fine. They aren't and now I 'get it'. I'll never let this happen again. I should probably mention that we felt just fine about going out to lunch with him there. He's done the floors for me before a couple of years ago and I think he's completely trustworthy. It cost more than either of us anticipated, but I have my original beautiful and expensive tile floor back the way it was when new. I'm really pleased.

It’s a one man company. There was nothing that I disliked about him. He was very personable. We went along very well. I was listening to certain type of music when he came. We talked about music. It took more than the normal time but we had a good time. The person who came was the owner. I was very impressed with him. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He did a great job. I would use them in the future.

He was awesome. He was on time and he did a great job for us. We thoroughly enjoyed his professionalism. We would definitely use his service in the future too.

Extremely satisfied. I have been cleaning my house carpets 2X year using a well known, highly advertised company. Since I joined Angie's List, I decided to go with their highest rated company. Steve and ABL exceeded my expectations. Rather than try to sell me extras, he simply went to work and completed my entire house in a few hours. He didn't try to sell me extras or tell me that some spots may not come out. He quite simply did the best job of carpet cleaning I have ever seen. I could not be more satisfied. He even followed up a few days later to make certain that I was completely satisfied. Past experience tells me that his price was roughly the same as others, but his performance and results, far better!

Wow, I was amazed at what a great job they did. Stains that had been there for years came out. They were on time, did the three rooms in a little over an hour, and I'm completely satisfied. I would recommend them.

The team was very nice and professional. They were prompt and worked hard while in my home. I felt very safe to leave for a little while they were working. In cleaning my shower glass they had a hard time removing the hard water spots. They called the next day to apologize and let me know they had done research and had purchased a new product that might work better than the first. They returned and cleaned it again with the new product, and they glass looks new. They also offered to purchase new faucets for the sinks in my guest bath after a splash of cleaning fluid caused some discoloration.
