Professional, courteous, and fair pricing. Work was done very promptly, and thankfully before the upcoming storm. Tony went above and beyond in advising us of potential issues and taking care of them. He showed us photos of all the repairs needed and explained our options, and then showed photos of the completed work. Had minor accidental damage, but the problem was resolved immediately. Definitely who I will call in the future.

The roof repair was completed just in time (before a storm, just before Thanksgiving holiday) thanks to extra efforts by this contractor. They definitly saved the day for us due to their dedication to excellent customer service!!

They were great. They gave me an offer which was reasonable. They came back the next day and finished.

Tony was great, he was knowledgeable in trouble shooting the problem, original valley tile installation was faulty, original vent jack not installed combination of weather event, accumulated sand and no protection around vent pipe caused water to seep down water heater vent pipe damaging ceiling drywall tape and texture. I am a retired construction Project Manager, If I were managing projects Tony would be at least a top foreman. Thanks LOBO/ABC Roofing

Excellent to work with. Ruben, the owner was responsive and available. Jorge, the stucco foreman was good. Barbra in the office tried to keep things on track and was easy to work with. The lath crew and stucco crew are paid by the job and worked their tails off. Quality of work was awesome. Job done ahead of schedule.

They paid attention to detail by putting in all new vents and spray painted the grey to match the roof color.

Very prompt. Pictures of damage were provided after inspection. The company searched for concrete roof tiles that matched the 8 year old roof tiles. Repairs were completed the same week.

High winds had ripped shingles from my roof and bad weather was coming back soon. Lobo understood the problem . Two days later it was fixed... cheap at twice the price. Two days after that it rained and snowed all day. Lobo saved my you-know-what ! This is the way things are supposed to be .
