Even though this was a relatively small job for a roofing company, they treated me with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Barbara in the office was knowledgeable and treated me with the same respect of a high dollar customer. Scott, the estimator, was timely and friendly. From the day I contacted Home Advisor to completion of the work was only 9 days even though this is the busy time of year for roofers. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. They called the same day did a walk through the roof and gave me a fair price. They completed the Job but missed 1 tile and came back immediately to fix it all in 2 weeks.

Process was fast and professional. Crew was kind, professional and obviously experienced.

A little more expensive BUT, the appraiser went over every detail of the bid and the work was done as bid. They were quick and excellent. Cleaned up after themselves. Others that bid came and left and sent me an email. I had questions that weren't answered. I highly recommend ABC Roofing

While the crews were kind and punctual, my inspection of the roof revealed at least 10 spots where roofing nails were exposed. This creates potential leak points in the future. The crew quickly fixed the issue, but I would have been stuck with a problem if I hadn't inspected the roof. I could have gone with a cheaper roofer, but this company sold me by stating their work would be far superior in quality - but it was not the case.

Very punctual and the crew was on the job in a timely manner. They immediately saw the area that needed to be repaired and made some good recommendations that saved us money.

From the initial install to the final bill, Tony, Barbara and his crew were professional and timely. In the estimating process, Tony made recommendations that saved us money in repairs while still making the house winter-ready. To make the best match of my old tile, they carefully removed old tile from the back for use in the front where it was a better match, and used the new tile in the back where the slight differences in color would not be noticed. I feel confident that we are entering winter in good shape.

The replacement and repairs performed were outstanding and of quality work. I would most definitely use them again.

We were very pleased with the immediate response and appraisal of the repair. Tony was very friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions. The repairs were done as soon as the product was in and we could not be any more pleased with the finished product.

The work on repairing my roof and replacing some shingles was done the same day that Lobo Const. called me. The shingles had blown off in the recent wind storms and the workman also tacked and applied Henry to some loose shingles.

Lobo Construction service was tremendous! They cleaned up after themselves, worked steadily, and are a darn good company. I am truly satisfied.

While the estimator did not show on the bid all the work requested, the workmen who were here completed all tasks, plus they did a little extra not even expected. Cheers to the people who actually do the work.
