Description of Work: They installed water softener and taped up the pressure escape valve on my water pressure tank. Two weeks later I go into garage to find it raining. The pressure built in the tank and luckily did not explode BUT popped small seams at the weld. $2000 later I had a new tank installed and was firmly instructed to NEVER disable the valve. I didn't ABC did
