Work was scheduled through some sort of service center.Tim's name was mentioned during the scheduling, but Gary came and did the work. Prompt, efficient, and good craftsmanship. Didn't try to oversell additional work suggested in an inspection report. A very good bargain at the price. Will use again and highly recommend.

The job was well done, and the provider was accommodating regarding scheduling concerns. I would definitely use them again!

As a result of high winds, our wooden fence blew down Thursday night blocking the public sidewalk. I called "1 Call Handyman" the next morning (Friday) and they were there that afternoon to move the downed fence back onto our property and do an assessment of the damage. They gave us several options and provided an estimate for each. The simplest was to replace the three broken posts and fix and re-attach the fence segments. We opted for the more expensive approach of reinforcing all of the posts along the fence line, including the three new ones, with steel posts. They set the new posts and steel supports the next day (Saturday) and returned on Monday morning to put the fence segments back in place. After they finished the work, they completely cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned up the storm debris around the fence, so that everything was back to normal. We were very pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism and the quality of their work. We will certainly be calling on them for any future jobs we might have.

It went great. Arrived on time, first through last day, until deck was completed. He was friendly, professional and he cleaned up the mess!! The deck was completed in the time frame he quoted and the cost was very reasonable for the quality of work performed. I get compliments from everyone who seeks the deck.

The fence repair was fine. They are still standing.

everything went great. job was done as stated and estimate was exact. would recommend them and would use them again. replaced wooden beam and reinforced with a steel pole, then replaced the section back up.

The guys showed up on time for the estimate and gave me a fair proposal on the spot. I scheduled the repair the following day. He never returned my call. He gave me an estimate for the fences but then he never called back after that. He was a very nice person though.

Jose was on time, dependable, and I was able to reach him by phone immediately from my initial call. He was easy to work with, professional, and I am extremely pleased with the way my patio turned out. Jose also did a good job of cleaning up afterwords. I would definitely call Jose for my next project, and also recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

He did the work himself. Replaced the board the gate was attached too and rehung the gate. Everything looks really good. I figured the gate would have to be trashed. Would use him again.

Very prompt to return our calls. The job was done in a timely manner. He had an assistant and the work was done in no time. We were very happy with the professional service. If he was going to be late, we got a phone call to let us know.

He was very great, very polite, and very professional, but the third time when I called him, I just reached the voicemail, I left a lot of messages, and he never calls me back. I was oblige to hire another guy for the job. Overall, I am grading him an A. I am going to use him again in the future.

Called Jesus Ramirez on 5/8 and detailed recent wind damage to our fence. He indicated he would come by the next morning, take a look and give us a quote. Jesus called early the next morning indicating he and his assistant were running early (7:30AM) and if it was ok to come by. Arrived shortly thereafter, quoted the job and committed to begin and hopefully finish the same day Thursday 5/15. All work was completed on 5/15 as agreed. Posts were removed, holes dug out, new posts were installed and cemented in place. Rails and boards returned as before. All work areas, including gardens and patio were raked and swept. Basically leaving no trace of them or our previously broken fence. Excellent work, very polite, good communications, overall 100 per cent satisfaction. If it becomes necessary (and I am certain it will) to utilize this type of general home and garden repair service again we won't hesitate to call Jesus Ramirez 1 CALL HANDYMAN. Thank you.

The service provider called me back and stated he would be at my home between 5:00pm-6:00pm today 5/13/2014 to provide estimate on our damaged front door. Needless to say he never showed up or called. I guess this service provider picks and chooses who he wants to do business with but a phone call could of been nice rather than have us sit around waiting knowing he will not make it. Very unprofessional!

He was wonderful, on time, did not drag his feet, responsible, clean, respectful, and did a good job. I have nothing but good things to say about him. I am going to give him another call. So, I am calling him back. I would hire him again.

Jesus was very prompt, pleasant, professional. No issues at all. It was a limited and small job, but he told me that he could work on anything dealing with the home, so I plan to use him in the future.

We found Jesus and his work partner to be professional, pleasant and detail oriented. My husband was so impressed with their work that he asked them for an estimate on another job right on the spot. We felt confident enough with their work that we called a friend who needs work done and recommended 1 Call Handyman.

Contacted provider and received an immediate response. Jesus came over that day and gave me a written estimate of the work to be performed and cost. The day of the work he came over promptly on the day and time promised. At the end of the job he made sure that he removed all debris and that the property was left as it was prior to the beginning of the job. The work was completed on time. Throughout the job I found Jesus to be courteous, conscientious, very professional and responsive to any questions or changes that I requested. I would definitely hire him again for any future jobs!

Arrived on time. He got right to work. He did not have the pipe that needed to be replaced in his stock so left to purchase one at Lowes. Returned promptly. He work quickly. When completed spent ample time testing to ensure it was fixed. Left the the work area clean. He was and professional.

I've hired Jesus (1 Call Handyman) before, a couple of years ago. I was so impressed with his work, punctuality, politeness and professionalism that I make it a point to call him first when I need something done around my home. This year he laid a new concrete patio for me. He was here when promised, about 7am, with Temo, his co-worker and helper. They both got immediately to work preparing the patio plot. They were all ready for the pouring by the time their cement truck arrived @10 am. By 1pm they had put the gate and fence up again, cleaned everything up and, best of all, laid a beautifully finished cement patio. I want to add that when Jesus says he will call or be somewhere.....he will!!! He also patiently explains any questions you may have. No attitude or posturing, just politeness and great work for a vary fair price. I will definetly call him first again in the future.

I was hoping to get my son to come and help me with it but when I was taking pictures for him I noticed that it had slipped some more. I was worried someone could get hurt. I called and they came out first thing the next morning and removed it. I was very grateful and happy with their work!
