Description of Work: We needed to have some sheetrock repair done due to a roof leak from the heavy January 2017 rains. They came out and gave a price that was very reasonable. On the day that they were coming out to do the repair, they showed up on time and did a perfect job. We have since hired them to do another modification to our home. I will keep using them and would encourage anyone in need of home improvements to give them a call.

Description of Work: We called *1* Call Handyman and Temo came out the same day and gave us an estimate. Although busy, they began our work within 2 weeks (stripping and repainting beams on the front of house). They worked quickly and the finished work was very nice. Temo and Raj are a great team and hard workers. We will definitely call them next year with more jobs.

Description of Work: Needed 2 fence post dug and 2 sections of fence repaired called on a sunday was at my house in 1 hour gave me an estimate and we decided to start work on wednesday. On Tuesday morning upon letting dogs out in yard to his and my surprise they were working on the fence due to a cancellation. Temo poured concrete on tuesday finished fence on wednesday and what a great job hired him again for a leak in my bathroom Temo worked on it replaced all parts but still had a leak even with all water turned off seems the people the insurance company hired may have ran water directly from shower to bathtub so Temo gave me a break in price since leak was not fixed not his fault.

Description of Work: Temo repaired and replaced 100 feet of redwood fencing. New wood and metal posts. He also installed metal liners above my gutters as they were leaking. Once I turned on my sprinkler system I had a few leaks. All were repaired quickly. Temp does good work and is very dependable. I will be employing him again for a number of things around the house that have simply worn out.

Description of Work: Have used Temo twice now once for my fence which looks great and this time had a leak in bath tub installed all new parts and still had the leak which was not his fault. Company who did remodel did something wrong so Temo reduced the agreed upon price since still have leak not many company's do this. I will recommend him and his company to all my friends does nice work and is fair and professional so is his wife Lucy GREAT JOB GUY'S.

Description of Work: Called to set up appointment on Sunday expecting to have to leave a message and Temp answered I told him what I needed and he said he could be out in 1 hour on a Sunday unheard of.Temp was here in one hour like he said looked over my fence which wind took out 2 sections and a gate quoted a price I was happy with and said he would start on Wednesday with post replacement and concrete 2 posts. On Tuesday morning to my surprise and there's when I let dogs out not expecting them to be here they were digging up old posts and concrete and replacing them with new.On Wednesday they finished the fence and new gate to my satisfaction.cost 600.00 I would recommend anyone needing fence work done call Temo he is the MAN thanksTemo for the professionalism and great work.

Description of Work: They replaced 9 posts and assorted stringers on a fence at 150 per post. The work done in an afternoon and the next day. No fuss, good job.

Description of Work: He installed a new garbage disposal and numerous other tasks on my "to do" list. He is very competent, professional and gets things done very quickly. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone looking for a "true" handyman.

Description of Work: Painted entry threshold, and garden gate...removed small Alberta spruce and Oregon grape..assembled patio table and umbrella..replaced broken grape stakes in backyard fence and installed 42"grab bar by step down from house into the garage..unpacked and set up new "zero gravity" chair on patio. These are things I could not do for myself now that I am an elderly person with a painful back.. | |Jose was on time for his appointments and certainly works with "gusto"..I am now making up a list of other things to add to my "to do" list.

Description of Work: Repaired holes in dry wall. You can't even tell there were holes in the all except that he only painted with primer because the walls are going to be completely painted by someone else. He also gave me a quote of $180 to pick up and hang two closet doors and add a small area of baseboard under a bathroom cabinet. That price may be a little high, but includes him picking up the doors and installing them.

Description of Work: I left a message to call me for an estimate on building a deck on Fri April 3, 2015. I left another message asking if they were still in business and Jose Ramirez called me. He said he'd be out between 3:30 & 5pm on Wed. April 8th. He showed up about 5:20pm, seemed very capable and gave us an amt for his labor which seemed appropriate. He said he would call back with a complete estimate including materials. I called on Fri April 10th and he said he had called Home Depot but they hadn't called him back. He would stop by that night and call us. Today is April 14th at 9pm and we still have not heard from him. I read some of his reviews other than the deck ones and he apparently does this quite often. It seems if he doesn't like you and doesn't want to do the work, instead of telling you, he doesn't call you back. I do not see how he can rate an A with all the times he hasn't called people back.

Description of Work: We called them to reinforce a rickety fence and fix a broken gate. They responded immediately and came out right away to give us a quote. We accepted the quote and, because they were very busy, they came out a Sunday to begin the work. It was great because they also do landscape work, so while they were here we had them take out a huge yucca plant that was overgrown and also fix a few other things. 1 Call Handyman is right! They do everything! |Anyway they did a fantastic job and finished in two days. They work very efficiently together, a great team of three guys. Also they left the area cleaner than before they started. I'm so happy I found them on Angie's List and will definitely recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Wooden perimeter fence, gutters. Jose & Temo and their crew were tireless workers. My neighbors were shocked at how quickly things got done, this was a large job. There were a few times when they were late arriving, but the quality of work is good and the price was fair. I have already asked for a quote for some smaller projects inside the house.

Description of Work: Richard is great! Very responsive, professional, perfectionist. He installed a garage lift and did some plumbing work. I continue to use him for handyman repairs and upgrades to my house as they come up.

Description of Work: He fixed the wholes in the garage wall and put in drywall where it was missing and then painted walls and cement footings. The work was done while I was not at home. He was going to come back and fix around a garage door but was too busy and promptly refunded the money prepaid for this service.

Description of Work: Plumbed new refrigeratorm, were prompt, courteous and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
