The job looks good and he cleaned up the area every day that he was here. The fence is nice and strong now!

I called the same day the wind was damaging the fence and BBQ.He arrive promptly the next day at noon as he had said .He provide an estimate and indicated he would call in a couple of hours with a start date.He called as he said and arrived promptly the next morning.He inserted 5 steel pipes in concrete and let the concrete cure till the next day.He commenced cleaning the BBQ He returned the next day and completely reinstalling the fallen wood fence panels and staining them to look as good as new.The pipes were bolted to the fence he finished cleaning and I mean thoroughly cleaned and reset up the BBQ He cleaned the area and removed all the debris By the way this all was a one man effort

It went great. He came out right after we spoke to him on the phone and gave us an estimate for labor, costs and the time it would take to build the deck. He showed up when he said he would everyday of the project. He is very polite, professional and he was a joy to work with. He did a wonderful job. The deck is more beautiful than we imagined. I contacted Jesus Ramirez after finding his name on the list (1 Call Handyman). He came out and gave us a quote for labor and materials and we hired him on the spot. He did an incredible job within budget and the time quoted. He came early and worked hard all day. He is a joy to work with and we couldn't be happier. The deck he built is far beyond our expectation. It is a dream deck! The only problem we found is, he doesn't charge as much as we think he should. The quality of workmanship and beauty of our deck far surpasses what his quote was. Repair had to wait for the ground to thaw, but once he was on site the repairs went fine. Very responsive and a quality job.

I called this company because they had mostly good recommendations on Angie's list. Only one person had a negative comment. Well, my experience now mirrors that one negative comment. I spoke with the owner and told him of the fence repairs that were needed at two of my rental properties. He was very responsive and went to both properties to determine the cost of repairs. He called back and left me a message that included the cost to repair each fence. The cost for one seemed reasonable, but the other seemed a bit high. I called him back but could only leave a message. The message I left was to proceed with the fence repair for the first fence, but to call me back so we discuss the second repair. He never returned my call, so I had to find another repair person.

I called this company to have a few jobs done at my home, (paint trim, install an overhead fan, repair a few stucco chips). I got the company's name off Angies List and he had good ratings. Jesus came out and gave an estimate. We agreed on a price and a date to start. On the start date, he called and said he had a family emergency and would come next week. Next week he didn't come or call. I have tried to call him 3 times with no response. I hate companies that do this. If he didn't want to do the job, he should have said so at the time he came out. I do not recommend this company!

came one day and replace fence post and remove all of old fence came next day and replace 2 panels of fence. Did the job in good time and a professional job

Had a leak on the toilet tank and he came and replace fill value and did a very quality job.

The work was wonderful. It looks wonderful & secure. I believe the fence will last another 10 years. Hopefully. He showed up when he said he would. He was there to work, which is good. He got it done in a timely manner, being a one man show.

We called 3 different businesses from Angies List and decided on Jesus at 1 Call because of his attitude and knowledge. He started when he said he would and finished on time and on budget. When we need help again, he will be our first call.
