Established in 2003. The owners of J2 Carpet & Tile Cleaning both worked for a commercial property management company in Las Vegas. When one of the properties was being sold, they got their business license and insurance so they could bid the cleaning contract from the new owners, knowing they used a different property manager. J2 also knew the tenants of the buildings were very happy with current cleaning. Upon meeting the new company and offering to stay and clean for them (since they already had firsthand knowledge of the buildings), they suggested to the owners they ask the tenant's opinion of the current service (which they knew was impeccable). Not only did they get to bid the property, they were shown the other bids so they could get the price right. J2 got the account and expanded from there. Soon they had enough work in Las Vegas to hire employees and spend their time in the office and warehouse managing the business. They added home carpet cleaning due to requests from office staff where they cleaned the carpets.

"See posted pictures to show how bad of a job she did! I don’t even know were to start. I have a flip house that had a complete gut job from top to bottom, so very dusty. After walking in when “she was done” *the fireplace mantel never touched. *Anything above eye level NOT dusted *The master shower not cleaned *Garage not completely swept out *Baseboards dirty *I gave her a can of polyurethane to get some of the paint and tape left behind on the floors and there was some spots still left. *All the windows had really bad streaks on them. “””The part that ****** me off the most was what she did to my brand new wood floors.””” *Mopped against the grain and what ever she used you can see streaks everywhere. I hired another company to come in after her and they couldn’t even fix the floors. Now I am probably going to have to have another company come out and strip the brand new floors. My mother-in-law and I tried to clean the floors using 3 different methods and still nothing help. I gave her $500 to get the job done and paid the other company $200. When I asked her to just give me the $200 back I paid the other company she said NO sorry about your floors I am only giving you $100 back. On top of everything else she had TWO DAYS to clean. I am not going to even get into the personal stuff but at this point I am sure everyone will get the picture. SHE HAS NO IDEA HOW TO CLEAN RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES."
