ABS was awarded this job by the R.A.G.E. program (702-333-1038), a non-profit organization that works under contract with the State of Nevada to certify disabled persons for state assistance to help them remain independent and live in their homes. Therefore, though our bathroom job was worth far more than what we paid, we only had to pay the state-determined copay amount, plus the cost of options we chose above and beyond the basic project; the state paid the rest of the cost. From start to finish, Cindy Cotton, owner and contractor, was professional, courteous, and responsive. We had expected her to try to sell us on upgrades that would cost more, but she didn't. Although the job ended up dragging on beyond the originally projected two weeks, the delays were caused by the usual kinds of things that delay construction projects. Cindy was very easy to reach whenever we had a question or concern, and she was very responsive to our concerns and requests. The finished job looks and works great. Our one criticism would be that there was an ongoing failure of dust control.
