 + -1 moreWalter and his team replaced the air conditioner unit. They were on time and installed the unit in a timely fashion. They did a fantastic job. We also used Walter to repair our furnace. Everyone did their portion in a timely & orderly manner-measuring, sheet metal, crane work, installation, etc. They took the stress out of an emergency situation & gave us back heat & a good night's sleep!! Thanks for the hard work, honesty, & warranty!!

 + -1 moreIt went Great! I was pleased with their professionalism and how prompt they were. It's getting warmer outside and Vegas is no joke when summer comes so I'm glad they fixed it before that hit. I was really more glad that they only fixed and charged me for what was actually wrong and not try to sell me anything I didn't need. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs air conditioning service.
Description of Work: My a/c stopped working and I wasn't sure why. I called V & W and spoke with Walter, he was very polite and understanding that I had no idea what was wrong my a/c. I called him in the morning and he said he would send a technician out in the afternoon. Sure enough a gentleman named Victor showed up and checked everything out and came back to tell me exactly what was wrong. It was only that I needed more refrigerant and the coils needed to be cleaned.
