+ -1 moreJeff called back in few hours with a ball park estimate of $5000. Then suddenly it went up to 7500, said needs to do more research. I asked him to do so and email me a quote in writing, 2500 is a big difference. No response next day (Friday). Called back on Monday, receptionist said he will be emailing me the quote by the end of the day, never heard back from anybody.
Description of Work: Contacted for a quote.

Description of Work: Called them for a SIMPLE "Meets and Bounds" survey quote....Said they had to do some "RESEARCH" ???? I gave them my recorded lot designation.. Said they would call back in a few days..They NEVER returned my call.. A REAL LOOSER.... Contact Sounded like a "MOM AND POP" outfit.... |Take them off "AL" |REC III

+ -1 moreThe company responded to my request (submitted via Trinity's website) and had the surveyor (Jeff) contact me for the requirement. He called within a couple hours and clarified with me the multiple types of surveys available to which i was unsure the exact requirement from the title company. Once clarified, i called Jeff back to inform him that i needed a and quot;boundary and property improvementand quot; survey. Still unsure of why the survey was required, Jeff agreed to come by the house to further clarify the requirement. He spoke to my wife and again expressed his doubt that a survey was really required. i then asked the mortgage broker to contact Jeff herself (or have the title company speak to him directly) to once again, clarify the requirement. The next day i received word from my mortgage broker that with Jeff's knowledge, the title company agreed to waive the survey requirement. Trinity Land Surveying Inc. was responsive and professional in every way. i would highly recommend their services for any survey job.
Description of Work: Arranged to come by the house to identify the residential survey requirement. Jeff was not convinced the survey i requested was required. He facilitated a negotiation with the title company to waive the survey requirement due to his knowledge of Nevada law. Saved me several hundred dollars.
