He came in, I explained the problem. He checked my breakers and found a faulty breaker. I had an unused breaker so he moved the lights to that breaker and I had lights again!

Everything went as I expected it should. The electrician arrived within the stated time window, installed the fan, fixed the other light that wasn't working, and then cleaned up after himself.

They arrived on time and did a very professional job, and much cheaper than another estimate.

Over a two week period they did the rewiring for us. They had put in some stuff that was not as good as it should have been. Consequently a few months later the wiring got screwed up and I lost power to my stove top and had to have it redone. They came out on time, and they were very quick to come out. They're very nice people. They just don't do as good of a job as they say they're going to do. They came back out and fixed their work without any additional cost to me. Their price is reasonable.

I had them put in a sub-panel in my garage and run conduit for some 220v circuits and some additional 110v circuits. I had first considered Top Notch on a similar job, but ended up moving before I got the work done, so I called them first thing when I got to my new place. Rob came out on a Thursday afternoon, quoted me a price on the spot, which I accepted. They were able to come out the very next day and do the work. While they were out in the neighborhood, I had them look into why a floor outlet at another nearby house wasn’t working. They were able to trace the wiring back to an outlet that had been dry-walled over by the original building crew. They cut a hole in the drywall, wired up an outlet where there it was supposed to be and connected the wires to the floor outlet that previously hadn’t been working.

Exceeded my expectations. Rob and his helper came and did the work in 2 1/2 hours. Rob helped me figure out how the track lighting would look best, designed it and installed it. Everything was doing perfect. I would hire Rob again in a minute. I think he will be installing those fluorescent lights out in the garage for me as soon as finish the bathroom project.

I got a free estimate and then called back to set up a time. The following week they came out and did the work. They were quick and even hung the fan for me and added a remote. Everyone was very professional and efficient.

They came out the same day I called to give an estimate, and completed work the following day. Work looks great and the installer and company phone rep were very nice and professional.

My husband called for an estimate on a Saturday asking if they could come on Sunday. Francisco was our guy! He came on a Sunday even arriving 20 minutes early. He gave us an estimate, suggesting two possibilities. We agreed on a price and asked if he could do the job right then, and he said no problem. He completed the job in a little over an hour, and was careful to cover our desk, as he was working in our home office. I'm enjoying his handywork of a cool breeze as I type! (We found his listing in the coupon section of the monthly magazine)

Great service, Alonzo came with a helper , work was done in 3 1/2 hours, I was kept informed in what they were doing and what was up to code. They cleaned up after themself. was given a 2 year warranty on work performed.

Service tech must have been late for another appointment got a rush job estimate. For the price they wanted to install run a wire a wire to an existing switch I had 3 ceiling fans installed.

They were on time and did a good job. They didn’t try to increase the prices and it wasn’t too bad either. The work didn’t turn out to be much. I have no complains about them. My overall experience with them was fine.

It was just as we would want it to be. They arrived at the designated time, introduced themselves and after telling them of our problem Robert went right to work. Also, he explained the type of outlet we had and suggested that it be replaced which he did. A very pleasant experience. We are happy that we could pick our electrician from Angie's List.

They also bid the work we wanred done not want some others wanted to do.Rob and his helper came out and did the work.They performed the work in temps of 105 to 110. The work they did was great. they where professial and helpful.They where a joy. This was the best exp. in a year of doing remodel work. We would use them again and think anybody would be happy with using them.

The guys arrived within the time frame and got right to work. They attempted to access the problem through the light fixtures but had to go into the attic. I loaned them my little giant ladder to make things easier (tight fit for a A-Frame ladder) and they used their cell phones to communicate through the ceiling. They were done in 30 minutes and offer to clean up after wards but since it was my day to clean and the mess was minor I told them I could handle it.

We asked Top Notch to give us an estimate to fix our spa. They scheduled an appointment and arrived at the scheduled time. They quickly determined that the problem was from a bad circuit board. They said they would check to see what the cost would be to get a new or rebuilt board. The complete service took approximately 20 to 25 minutes. They called us back in about 3 days with a cost for both a new and a rebuilt circuit board. Unfortunnately the cost was prohibitive for us at the time. But we told them we would deffinately get back to them when we could afford to do the job. There was no cost for the estimate as they give free estimates. They were great and we look forward to working with them on future projects.

I called Top Notch to ask about having two landscape lights repaired. Rob Ruan and his assistant were at my house within an hour and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. One light was fixed on the spot; the other required replacing a small length of wire which they didn't have on their truck. Rob suggested I buy the wire myself to avoid up-charges. He gave me a sample of the wire and told me how much to get. Unfortunately, I misplaced the sample and none of the choices at the store looked correct to me. I called Rob saying I didn't want to make a mistake and he happily offered to pick up the wire for me. He and his assistant arrived right on time for the second visit, replaced the wire in minutes, and asked for a broom to clean up after the digging. And I was only charged exactly what the wire cost. I was glad to give him a little extra because I was so pleased with their service. I've already recommended Top Notch to a neighbor and will definitely call them when I'm ready to install some new interior lights. I could not have been happier. There was even a 10% discount on the first visit because I'm an Angie's List member.

Rob showed up in the 7 to 10 AM window as agreed to with one assistant. They were able to complete the job in about 2 hours and they only had to cut extra holes all minimal in size to get all the wire ran. Overall I'm very pleased with the job they preformed.

We are very pleased with the job and would definitely recommend to others. Their pricing was extremely affordable and most importantly, they were extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with.
