Tiburcios plumbing

The field manager Enrique Gonzalez, showed up first thing in the morning. Approximately 12 hours later after contacting him on the weekend. He was very kind and said he will go to the store and try to get the parts and will give me a call later that afternoon. Unfortunately he never called me back. I called him later that evening, he said he was going to go to to the plumbing store first thing in the morning. 36 hours later, I still have yet to receive a call from Mr. Gonzalez. So I called him and reminded him who I was and he hung up on me, I called him back two more times it went straight to voicemail. I finally text him and explain to him if you can do the work just let me know and I’ll hire another plumber. He never contacted me and left me high and dry with no water mind you there are children in my house. It is very unprofessional of Mr. Gonzalez to conduct his job. All you had to do was say you can do the work which I totally understand but very unprofessional. Not recommend it to anybody due to the lack of communication with the customer.
